Hello sir Jax, just wanted to say appreciate the videos; they have helped motivate me to try and obtain the body I've wanted. Being 350 makes things a bit difficult but for me it was always nice that most thought I still was around the 270 range but now I'm more focused and trying hard to obtain the Akuma body I've always wanted (would've been Goku but I like having more size). Anyway, keep up the awesome videos!

Ever since discovering your videos Ive been more motivated to get into better shape and start looking good. My problem is my hobbies and my off time from work...its hard to balance it all out. But I had a question about tips for working out with bench solo, without using a rack for help.
That's a very impressive jump. I pride myself on my jumping ability as well and that was sweet. I'm too chicken to try jumping over things that are that high. Personally I don't workout for aesthetics. I workout to make myself sprint faster, and jump higher and whatever my body looks like along the way is what it looks like.

What is it that Shio said about Akisame's muscles? That thing about red, white and pink muscle and their different properties. I'd say having a body like Akisame would probably be ideal with that pink muscle that has the property of both red and white. With clothes on he doesn't look very physically imposing, but the moment he takes his shirt off you see he's basically bulky and flexible. Flexibulk if you will.
You can be buff and get athletic. The more muscle you have, the more potential you have to gain speed, strength, and endurance. The more buffer you are, the more physically athletic you will be. You may not have more technique though. You are repeating dogma with no evidence.
Shakir Newton -- Not at all. You have more muscles which allows for more strength to move faster. A buff guy that trains cardio as well will be faster than a man that is slim. Take a look at runners for instance, distance runners are far smaller than sprinters on the account that sprinters NEED those massive thighs to have strong pushes on their starts and continue to run short distances in fast times. When I train, I train cardio and to build muscle, and while I can't run longer than my distance runner associates, I can run faster than they can most definitely, but that's because I don't train to run like 9 hours a week. It's all about what you do, and there's also the fact that a leaner body is more likely to train in cardiovascular routines than a bulkier body.
Augestein it's more where your muscles are. distance runners and sprinters are more likely to have more mass in their legs than the other parts of their body's. But if they were ever to have extra muscle mass else where and sometimes on their legs that could slow them down.
Pavel Tsatsouline - the kettlebell training advocate - makes another couple of good points regarding the pros and cons of training to be massive, using typical bodybuilding techniques. Pavel is not in favor of bodybuilding-oriented training for functional fitness. He poses the question, "If large muscle mass is beneficial for functional fitness, why don't agencies around the globe who train their members to save lives - military forces, fire departments, and so on - steer those members toward bodybuilding training regimens?" And he offers two answers: 1. It costs too much to feed bodybuilders. People training for mass typically need to consume extraordinary amounts of protein, and that's expensive. 2. Bodybuilding-focused training induces significant fatigue. Pavel imagines a firefighter standing next to his partner outside a burning building in which someone is trapped. The fire department probably does not want the first firefighter to have to say, "Hey, buddy, can you go in and get him? Yesterday was leg day for me, and my legs are rubber." Bodybuilding still has its merits, and of course there are always exceptions to the rules that apply to most of us. Still, an exercise regimen to build mass may not be ideal for responding to real life scenarios where strength is required.
I haven't trained and have been smoking cig's for the last 3 years and watching this makes me cry and all your videos shame me and make me proud of all people who treat their bodies like temples out there......don't ever stop and I'd really like if you could do a Marv from the Sin City series, and thank you.......RCS
I'm 5'10 233lbs pounds but I'm very muscular yet I’m about 20%.I look like a Rugby player or NFL Linebacker. I'm trying to lean down to 195lbs. The Batman and Captain America body type is what I'm gunning for.
I lost 80 pounds and I've been doing lots of push-ups and sit-ups throughout my weight loss journey. It left me with a aesthetic upper body. I still have a muffin top but I can probably guess I would look pretty good if I lost another 25 to 30 pounds.
I used to be 12 and was picked on for being scrawny and I was considerably weak at the start of 2017 I worked out each day, you and broscience gave extra motivation and I gotta say thanks CAUSE NOW I'M BRAULIC, but in all seriousness thanks bro
Uh oh. I keep hearing about this yearly tradition, it's getting me excited. XD It all boils down to preference. This is why there are different weight divisions in the UFC. Some people are just born to be huge, some are born to have a smaller physique. That's why Conor Mcgregor will never have an official fight against someone the size of Brock Lesnar. As for me, I feel like being bigger and stronger has advantages as long as you don't sacrifice speed and cardio. If you can be 235 pounds and run a 4.40 like football players, that's VERY impressive. While I train to get bigger and stronger, I'm still holding on to dominate body weight exorcises such as push ups, pull ups, intense cardio involving sprinting, jogging, Jiu Jitsu, Taekwando, boxing, because without cardio, you can pretty much forget the fight after the first 60 seconds, even if you do bench press trucks. I would like to find that in between spot, but I will never stop striving to become stronger and faster. I will end on this note. Most of the people that "cut weight" in mma that fight at 175 REALLY walk around at 195-200. George St Pierre was a great example. People talked about his "martial arts physique," but forget this dude walks around at a weight much higher than he actually fights in.
duuuuude!!! these videos inspire me so much. I pulled a muscle in my back a week ago so i've kinda been discouraged but by seeing this video, i am so hyped. Now, right now, I don't have a very healthy body. my only good parts are my quads, biceps and forrarms. though they are still pretty bad. my bodybuiling goal has always been a lean, toned and very strong physique, though it seems a fair distance away... in highschool, with a job at a fast food joint, it does seem tightly fit, but i'l start trying my best for, well not a month because i'm doing the musical and that goes for a bit, but there is a 2 week holuday soon, so i'll be exercising everyday, working out every afternoon. woohoo, that was a long paragraph... really sorry for the length jaxblade, big fan, definitely a big influence. other than rock lee, of course :D
I'm Commenting Before vid BTW: I myself believe a lean body is better, your faster , more flexible , can facilitate more and in general just really fast and flexible and if I'm not mistaken it is better to be lean so you have a higher vertical leap When buff your strong, powerful but your kinda slow at times because of all that muscle mass and have a lower vertical leap but there are a lot of freakish athletes who are big and fast Example: Lebron James Shaq (before he gained weight , essentially when he was in Orlando Magic)
My goal is to get back to a lean 12st but Christmas period got the best of me and got careless. I'm at 13st 2lb and I only got myself to blame. But watching your videos is gonna get me "ALL FIRED UP!!!".
I'm pretty sure you never going to say this but thanks for your videos. They have partially inspired me to finally lose the weight and become an anime fan that looks as fit as the characters he watches fight
great video haha. I think personally I wouldn't wanna be that huge and learn how to fight. I do see the pros and cons of both though. either way I'm sure it's hard work.
Very true, be what u want to be and just don't hate. Like I do natural bodybuilding for 12 yrs now and I DONT have any problem with people that were using Roids because that is their choice and they still have to work their ass off to attain that Broly look.

Impossible. Humans have a lot of useless muscles. No amount of physical training will change that.
Tubble Stop he said “I don’t think there’s an ounce of fat on his body”.
iam trying to go for a teen gohan body
I personally think a leaner body is a little bit more better because buff dudes maybe strong, but not athletic as people with lean bodies are.
You can be buff and get athletic.
The more muscle you have, the more potential you have to gain speed, strength, and endurance.
The more buffer you are, the more physically athletic you will be. You may not have more technique though.
You are repeating dogma with no evidence.
Caveman Chris yes but there is also more weight to move which can hinder speed
He poses the question, "If large muscle mass is beneficial for functional fitness, why don't agencies around the globe who train their members to save lives - military forces, fire departments, and so on - steer those members toward bodybuilding training regimens?" And he offers two answers:
1. It costs too much to feed bodybuilders. People training for mass typically
need to consume extraordinary amounts of protein, and that's expensive.
2. Bodybuilding-focused training induces significant fatigue. Pavel imagines
a firefighter standing next to his partner outside a burning building in which
someone is trapped. The fire department probably does not want the
first firefighter to have to say, "Hey, buddy, can you go in and get him?
Yesterday was leg day for me, and my legs are rubber."
Bodybuilding still has its merits, and of course there are always exceptions to the rules that apply to most of us.
Ooooh, I see you with that new haircut tho.
This is probably my favorite video on RUclips right now
😂😂😂 it sounds just like me and my friend arguing hes big and does more weights im more lean and do more natural movement and martal arts
Your videos are what I watch now when I'm working out.
Body type I wish to have + Fighting skills I wish to have = Yuri Boyka from Undispiuted Series :) You totally should see movies with this guy :D
Whahaha! That was really funny and entertaining to watch. Especially the goku vs broly banter!
I'm 5'10 233lbs pounds but I'm very muscular yet I’m about 20%.I look like a Rugby player or NFL Linebacker. I'm trying to lean down to 195lbs. The Batman and Captain America body type is what I'm gunning for.
Right on!
All body types are good, and focus on making your body the best it can be!
OPM workout in progress can do 60 squats, 60 situps, 50 pushups
2:45 old school animated spider-man theme. Love it!
I'm working towards a ninja type body with that ideal balance that can adapt and handle most any scenario. kind of like USMC physical conditioning.
That little skit in the beginning us basically me and my friend arguing, me being the mma fighter type
DAMNNN your legs are like... MY GOAL!
Dude your awesome. I’m a self studies Martial artist and your just on point man! Thank you! Keep this up please your impact is important!
saitama not too big. everywhere is defined
But he'll kill you in one punch
In one thrust, mabye he is a little much, mabye nal just joking
First time viewer, love this channel, my ideal would be the batman! Always admired his blend of strength and athleticism any videos on that.
Uh oh. I keep hearing about this yearly tradition, it's getting me excited. XD
It all boils down to preference.
Omg Jax you referenced BroScienceLife and I love you EVEN more for that.
onnnneee puuuunnnnnccchhhh!!!!!
Maan I wish if I could have a personal trainer like you, I would definietly get the nesecery motivation to get fit. Keep up the good work!
Awesome Broly impersonation
OHMYGOD THE SPIDER MAN THEME BRINGS ME BACK. SO AWESOME.
I'm definitely going for the Rock Lee / Gai route.
Just come across your channel bro looking for Baki the grappler episodes!! Haha love it
I want Saitama's physique..shit I want your physique xD what is your height and weight?
Jpegwun He's 5'9''
duuuuude!!! these videos inspire me so much.
I want that Eren Yeager physique that he's got post time skip.
Dude has like a 12 pack
you're a beast, you make the videos i wanna make. you're videos are always informative and hits nerd culture really well.
I'm Commenting Before vid BTW:
I myself believe a lean body is better, your faster , more flexible , can facilitate more and in general just really fast and flexible and if I'm not mistaken it is better to be lean so you have a higher vertical leap
When buff your strong, powerful but your kinda slow at times because of all that muscle mass and have a lower vertical leap but there are a lot of freakish athletes who are big and fast
Example: Lebron James
Shaq (before he gained weight , essentially when he was in Orlando Magic)
Also I said I believe so it's mainly my opinion
It's all about the mind muscle connection.
I'm the MMA one, I'm a black belt in Olympic taekwondo and I did Brazilian jujitsu. I personally like the leaner, more practical look
Aww yes. That's what I'm talking about. Always be mindful of your journey and of everyone's journey. Just do you man.
exactly :)
Best fitness page I've come across
You should do a would that training work out on baki the grappler ^_^
My goal is to get back to a lean 12st but Christmas period got the best of me and got careless. I'm at 13st 2lb and I only got myself to blame. But watching your videos is gonna get me "ALL FIRED UP!!!".

I'm pretty sure you never going to say this but thanks for your videos. They have partially inspired me to finally lose the weight and become an anime fan that looks as fit as the characters he watches fight
i mean im spidey all day but i want the body of a saiyan
your videos inspired me to get back to it lol just got outta a bad car accident so I been just healing but I'm hurting alot less
I'm skinny 👀
I'm goin for the leanness like saitama I'm jus lazy 😭
great video haha. I think personally I wouldn't wanna be that huge and learn how to fight. I do see the pros and cons of both though. either way I'm sure it's hard work.
My dream goal's a Saitama kind of lean :D
SAMURI JACK 2017 LOOKS LIT AF
btw looking fresh jax
0:43 I see what you did there
Very true, be what u want to be and just don't hate. Like I do natural bodybuilding for 12 yrs now and I DONT have any problem with people that were using Roids because that is their choice and they still have to work their ass off to attain that Broly look.
Just survived leg day...😛
