  • Every single one of us has been inspired by a Fictional Character. Whether it be their Charisma, Personality or Never Give up Attitude but one thing a lot of folks look at is the Character's Physique. Their RIDICULOUSLY OVER JACKED MUSCLES!! Some of us look at and say thats too much, Others look in awe and DREAM to possess a Body that looks Crafted Out of Marble and we work on our Fitness Gainz daily to achieve something close. BUT would it really be worth it to attain your favorite character's body in Real life? Well today we take a look. Be sure to Rate and Comment and share with your friends this video took days of editing and research to be honest so Spread it like wildfire.

ALSO LET ME STATE AND REITERATE BodyFat Percentage and FITNESS dont always go hand in Hand Like I mentioned near the end of the video but being a lower weight is typically healthy BUT not always depending on the person but For some folks wondering about the Levels of Fitness I'll sum them up real quick
*Level 1* Means you are being healthy and its easy to maintain but not super cut
*Level 2* More effort, you start to look and feel more athletic, and more consistent with training, diet and rest
*Level 3* Abs 24/7, Stricter Diet, Lots of Rest, Training more frequently and more intensely.
*LEVEL 4* You're prepping for a Contest or Photo Shoot or something temporary because while this form LOOKS REALLY COOL its difficult to maintain and wears you out to be honest.
Think of Level 4 like Holding a Kaioken while doing Gear Second while Trying to open all 8 gates. BADASS but it WILL WEAR YOU OUT physically and mentally

since i was a very chubby kid 1,5 years ago and I cringe everytime i see a picture of me. but since i started to do parkour i lost alot of weight and I started the boku no Hero academia deku work out together with the gray fullbuster ice showers i have become very lean and dont get bullied any more. even some people who bullied me said that they are shocked by my physique and I even lived in the shadow of my older brother due to him having a metabolism sooo good that allows him to eat practically anything and still extra small clothes are too big for him. All i wanted to say was that i am very very very thankfull for your existens and made my life the Best way it could ever be and I hope you wont stop making these Videos because you inspire me and im trying to get a physique like you (plus some of that deku) - love from germany [sorry for the long Text]

Great video, it's really helped me understand attainable muscles definition.
I'm probably at a level 1 physique, normal level of body fat in general with a flat stomach, maybe a bit extra on my arse and thighs. But I've built my abs and arms up enough to show definition in good lighting. But I'm probably looking at getting a level 2-3 physique. I don't want a really low body fat percentage, but I do want big and strong muscles. Probably Korra level, which I'm close to muscle size-wise, maybe a bit bigger.
But keep up the good work, man, your videos and twitter posts always inspire me to train hard. Also anime. Anime inspires me loads too.

So instead of adding processed stuff like chips and Cookies daily that could benefit you but again ONLY YOU know how your body works and what it responds to. hi my name is Charlie or charles ,i wanted to say thank you so much for your videos Man. thank you so much for making your videos and talking about your past too, but I can relate to you 100% DBZ is one of my favorite animes cartoons on this planet I'm Proud To Be A Nerd but also someone who lost over a hundred pounds and did my first natural bodybuilding competition in 2014 I was I was 243 pounds got saved by God but I knew the inner nerd in me wanted to take care of myself. and my brother he's my head coach and because of your videos it makes me want to get back into the gym I just recently had gallbladder surgery but I'm feeling better I've been praying a lot and not being so depressed so I can relate without being in the gym for a little bit. but I truly wanted to say thank you I was watching one of your videos and I remember you saying kids were beating you up and I can remember when kids used to jump me all the time for being different, but what I mean by that I grew up mentally retarded and all my life I've been called stupid dumb and my mom never gave up on me and my brother and my sister are my two biggest Inspirations next to God and a natural bodybuilder David Pat. but I wanted to say thank you and to me Dragon Ball Z is what gives me strength to get back into the gym and show just because you know people put you down I think of life as Frieza and me has Goku not going to let him win but my favorite is Piccolo Piccolo is my favorite of all time. so I just want to say thank you my friend keep being awesome and I'll keep you in my prayers in at you on Instagram and your videos also I just watched it so cool well I hope one day I can be a personal trainer as well and God bless stay awesome say super dirty and maybe one day I can meet you God bless and take care thank you so much for always making music videos thank you.

With me, I want to aim for level two (which I want to aim for in the new year, especially; but I'm making changes to my lifestyle now with the way I eat. Just the gym part is hard for me right now...). I want to have some lean muscle and be healthy, but I don't want to loose my social life and over all happiness just to look hot or like a female version of Goku. So I'm aiming to have a Korra body by the end of next year, I guess (or somewhere in that range, not sure what level she'd be considered on this scale; but aiming for a two either way).

I'm not even on a fitness level. I am officially a marshmallow. Mostly, I eat, hope it goes to my boobs and hover around the same slightly overweight but not quite fat physique. I work on my feet all day. I might go to work and think I'll work out afterwards, but I come home and crash^^; I've just been trying to keep my abs tight and hoping it'll help a bit because I'm dumbXD

Neocasko I didn't say I had little interest in getting in shape, I'd love to be in nice shape. I said my shitty job leaves me rather unmotivated at the moment. I have a bad knee from a car accident, I spend my whole shift standing in one spot going crazy, I get home and I'm tired and end up eating fast food because I'm too tired to go buy ingredients and stand in my kitchen for hours cooking. I have athletically triggered asthma to top it all off. I'm sorry I don't have infinite energy and perfect health. Obviously everyone subscribed to a fitness channel has to already have everything going right for them at that exact moment:(

Hey Jaxblade, Do you have any tips? I want to look like Beerus, but my body looks like Champa's. No joke. :P I am 6ft 1inch, and 243 pounds. I have lost a ton of weight since I used to be 285 pounds. I only eat once to twice a day since my metabolism is absolute shit. I can gain 5 pounds in 3 days if I eat recklessly since my metabolism is non existent.
I will never understand how Beerus stays so skinny when he is stuffing his face with food left and right. I mean, we never seen him train, just sleep and eat, and eat, and eat. Does he even lift bro? I mean he said that Whis was his trainer, and I really want to see him spar and train. I actually can relate to Champa more than I can with Beerus. I may be a little bit chubby but I am very powerful and strong when Im angry. >:) I am in shape too, but not chiseled. Im like Charles Barkley in-shape. The Round Mound of Rebound. :P

LegendKiller1fan Honestly, look for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym in your area. Not only is it like one of the few martial arts that actually work on the street, the sport is fun and the work out is gnarly!
Im a skinny 17yr old boy but I see guys come in with your size all the time. They train 2-3 days a week (2 hour classes) and within a few months look pretty slim. I talked to all of them and they dont diet or work out outside of the gym.
I can only imagine how theyd look if the ate right and worked out seperately.
so if you join a bjj gym not only will you become a bad ass at choking people, youll make friends, get in shape, and become a better person!
the BJJ community is super chill and not judgemental so any gym in your area should be fine. Trust me man itll change you for the best!

  • @r.babylon2885

So, I'm unsure here, but I think I was somewhere between level 2 and 3. Here's why... I was 18 years old and worked as a full-time cart pusher for a small wal-mart built on a small hill. So that's 40 hours a week of pushing a bare minimum of 10 carts and a maximum of 70 (with a group of 4). With carry-outs consisting of anything from grocery bags to big-screen TVs, that is constant pushing, pulling and lifting of various weights.
On top of that, my hobbies were walking, running, biking, rock climbing and urban exploring. I would often bike or walk from sun down to sun up. One night, as an example, I walked from the north side of town to the south side and to the north end of a small town to the south. Then I walked back, all in roughly 3 hours. The distance between our cities was about 15-20 minutes by car.
I was constantly hungry or thirsty, but I had amazing abs. I had the full six pack with a little definition in the lower stomach. But I also tended toward only 2-4 hours of sleep a night. This continued for a solid year. I hurt my knees during that year, and now my hobbies are mostly reading, videogames and movies. I have a bit of a gut, but it's not bad. I miss my abs though. I miss them so much.

  • @TRexFist
    @TRexFist 7 лет назад

To answer you question, I'd feel most comfortable at level 3. I have been that fit before, back when I fought competitively. I looked good and had so much energy. Then I had a few bad things happen, let myself get depressed, and slipped my way down to level 0. Back at level 2 now, and so very close to my goal of that level 3!

If I understood this correctly, I'm a level 1 fat with "love handles" and so far... I've taken by surprise guys who are FAR more "fitness educated" then myself and I'm happy with that alone, so to my lvl1BodyFat's (guys and gals alike) out there... You don't need a lean figure to do what you want to do, you go live your best life.

Also, I was a bit surprised you didn't mention PEDs.

And i am actualy level 3 i would like to become bigger but i have time to reach that objectives. That's the siprit i learn from fitness it is not rather the objectives that are amaizing but the way to reach them.
