This footage is incredible. I think Halloween 6 was the strongest out of its trilogy (4,5&6). I don’t know but there’s something incredible about this film. It seems to be the best version of Michael I’ve ever seen. And the vibe you see on set is so real & you won’t see it ever again sadly.
Absolutely agree 100%. The film was actually shot in autumn (unlike the first film) so you've got a lot of nice autumn colors and a cloudy sky. Even the mountains of Illinois 😆 add to the ambience.

He was such a cool and sweet guy, in fact Dan Farrands (the writer) had a booth next to Wilbur and they let me sit and hang with them and talk for hours 😁 of course, H6 being my favorite of the series makes the memory of hanging out with them all the more better 😁

The writer Daniel Farrhands commented that during the latter half of the movie George Wilbur was actually replaced by the son of the stunt coordinator, and is billed as "extra Shape" in the end credits.
AG Entertainment absolutely , it's ironic I've heard that Hollywood comedy's are actually a pretty miserable to make ,lol that's the beauty of horror you can have all elements and still have fun lol me and a some friends made a short film years ago just for fun and it was a dark movie but it was a great time lol I miss it

Yes there is one for Part 2, I believe it was on the Scream Factory 2 disc edition that also has "The Nightmare Isn't Over" special. You only get a quick outside look at the hospital though because I think it's a veteran's hospital or something now and your not supposed to film or be there without permission

Wilbur looks like a basketball player in a jumpsuit. Noticed he has shoulder pads again. Makes him look more square and less fluid on camera. The neck of the mask is all white and needs to be the color of skin like the original. Thanks for the video cool to see!

That's not how the film industry works. A writer writes the blueprint for the movie but he or she will not make it better. It's the director's job to do that because the movie is his or her vision. Now, you think the writer of BLADE RUNNER made the film a classic? He is part of it but the credit goes to Ridley Scott entirely. Also, read Daniel's original script for HALLOWEEN 6 now online and see how brilliant he is.
The person behind the camera is actually Daniel Farrhands, the writer of the original script for this movie and NO one is more indignant about how this film turned out than he is. There are two movie commentaries (available on YT) where he spends the entire runtime breaking down how the studio kept interfering with the process. It's frustrating because this particular entry had so much potential, but the studio treated it as just another horror movie.

Daniel's original script is the best in the series. The PRODUCER'S CUT was at least close to his script while the Theatrical release was trash. Plus, it was Dimension Films' fault for Danielle not appearing in the film by treating her like shit.

The director was indeed a dickhead and absolutely had no interest in making this film, only the deal he got from the Weinsteins for doing this. Joe Chappelle was a yes man who bowed to every whim Harvey Weinstein gave him, and also stated he did not like Donald Pleasence and thought he was boring and made sure to cut out as much of his footage as possible for the theatrical cut. There's a reason why the majority of the cast from this film absolutely hate it and are reluctant to speak of it to this day, especially Paul Rudd.

I want to say it was shot in 94 ish and movie came out in 95 -96 ish but yeah i agree , not a bad video for how old it is .
