- This is the first video from @brookcristoutdoors and I trip to Panama! We fished with Sport Fish Panama Island Lodge, an all inclusive fishing lodge on Isla Parida off the Panama coast. Our goal was to target Giant yellowfin tuna which inhabit the warm tropical waters of Central America year round. We ran offshore and used the radar to find birds and huge school of dolphin. The yellowfin tuna, follow the dolphin and they help each other ambush bait schools. The scenery was incredible and the water was full of so much life. We caught tuna on live bait, chunked sardines and best off all topwater poppers!

Thank you guys for the constant support! This was the coolest trip I've ever been on and It's all thanks to you! Stay tuned for 2 more videos.
Hey Victor I just checked out the Panama trip and it mentioned that the boat keeps 50% of my catch. Did you have to give up 50% of your daily catch?
We will also fillet and bag a portion of your day's catch free of charge! 50% of the catch goes with the client and 50% for the boat.
@@Danmaljada85 Well when you catch 10-30 tuna a day you won't have any issue with only keeping 50% hahaha. The other 50% goes to the staff at the lodge and their families. You could easily leave that lodge with hundreds of pounds of tuna from a few good days fishing.
Yo vick but did you loose it a fight is a fight till the end and it seems that you won that battle lol I've been there almost going over board lucky the deck hand was 120lb over me lmfao
You’re welcome 😉
@@Danmaljada85 that's a more typical thing in central American fishing trips. They don't expect huge tips like u.s. boats do.
i love the editing you do on your videos. you're one of the few youtubers i can sit down and watch the whole video start to finish without skipping ahead.
Great video Viktor!!! It was our pleasure hosting and fishing with you and Brook. So glad the fishing was good and you guys had a good time!! Looking forward to seeing you back here on the island soon!

Land of the fish!

Curious, do you ship any fish back home when you go to those amazing fishing destinations? If so what is the best method? Awesome video as always.
Tight lines 🤙 🎣
Tuna are hands down the hardest fighting fish on the planet. They will humble you
Victor, awesome tuna action. Let me know if you want to fishing Jupiter inshore for snook and snapper.
Would enjoy doing that myself one day great day out for shure .
The catch of fish is more exciting for me , very fussy when it comes to food
i do not eat a lot of stuff that most do eat .
Congrats on that giant yellowfin tuna, but you should know anything that can go wrong will go wrong all the time 🤣 glad to show that y'all show when y'all mess up just like any other fisherman will do!!!
Beautiful tuna Bro, i have also caught a giant tuna like in one of my RUclips video, but Is a bluefin🤙
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful
Thanks for watching!
Hello there from your friends in San Diego California USA 🇺🇸 ❤
Cheers from Florida!
@@LandsharkOutdoors Do you guys ever do gear giveaways like Lures or stuff like that?
top shelf liquor shows jack daniels and jose lol
We need a snook vid frfr
If you haven’t made it out to Fiji yet you should come and fish w us in late January-February. We have a solid yellowfin fishery like panama that is all top water artificials. Walking sticks and poppers all day through foamers getting your back blown out and a epic jigging fishery as well. Let me know if you’re interested we’d love to have you out.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
New sub! Liked 🙏❤️🚀😊
My son and I are two of your biggest fans. We are watching you from Jamaica. Could you do a video on how to catch tarpon.
Slow retrieves work best for Tarpons from my experience.
🍻🔥🍻
Hey people! I just recently started RUclips and uploaded my first few videos, more to come. If you like outdoors, fishing and camping videos, you might wanna give it a try. Thank you so much and have good one!
You should do a collab with Ace Videos. Im not sure if there’s any issues between the two of you. If not it would be awesome content
bass gear in general
👍👍👍
What lb on those spinning
What about usin' an Avet LX Or better HXW for poppin' the big ones? I mean as long as you don't have to pop every second I don't see the problem in goin' with a light lever drag, but I do understand the thrill in usin' spinners
We use a lot of the shimano speed masters in Fiji for the yellowfin in the same type of fishery. See tons of guys show up w avet gear too and they definitely get it done on solid sails n smaller blues but the go to is a shimano Stella locked down.
@@MrOpihi808 well, if spinners than the Stella SWA and SWB are great, but my first choice would be a 2020 Saltiga, the 2014/215 Expedition/Dogfight/Saltiga are awesome too. My personal choice is the 14000 Saltiga for the lighter stuff with no giants are around, the 20.000 for your normal stuff with big fish and when that feels too risky I go with the HXW Raptor, puts out 50lb of drag with a full spool and free spool, so spooled for castin' and with the lure out you already got ~70lb of drag available and twice the capacity of a 20k spinner. If I need even more I have my 30s, 50s, etc. And don't forget that a lever drag, any lever drag, heats up way less than star drags, let alone spinners, plus no line twist, so you can fish more drag with the same line. Again, I love spinners, but on the technical side a small, powerful lever drag like Avet raptor and The Accurates, especially the HXW/1000 size are true beasts, lighter than a full sized spinner, way more line capacity and once you got some line out way more drag
What is the customs entry and fishing licenses like there in Panama? Does the charter take care of permits or licenses and you just bring a passport?
I think the tuna meat frozen 24 hour will taste better. I am definely going to this chart Amazing !
Hows that Stella Reel?
Cleaning the Fish while Fishing save space in the Cooler for more.
12:16 you may wanna edit that one out, boss.
😘😍😍😍😘😘😍😍😘
These boys know how to use a hook...
Good thing it isn't illegal to clean them before bringing them in!!
Do porpoises ever grab the bait and get hooked or are they too smart for that?
Shane says never
@@LandsharkOutdoors good. That would be a little concerning having to deal with that. 😂
Can we get another shark video and some night fishing
Why aren't y'all bleeding the larger fish? Does it not make a difference if it's filleted right away?
Да сырое мясо есть очень умно 16:40
