1 15.25oz Box of Lemon Cake mix
15 oz lemon yogurt (or sour cream)
Zest of One large Lemon
Optional Ingredient: Powdered sugar for the glaze
Bake at 350 45 to 50 minutes

Wow Karen…… I drink lemon water every day! I put ice in a glass, squeeze some lemon juice in there, water and some Stevia and it’s so refreshing 🍋🍋🍋 Those lemons are gigantic! I could get a lot of lemon juice out of those. Thanks for baking us a dessert without eggs because they are so expensive here 😳 The Trader Joe’s near me is constantly running out of them.
