I listened to I Will Always Love You first, and thought that same thing! So many of Muse's songs are in a minor key with electronic orchestration. The tone of his voice is very similar, too, so even though the songs are completely different, they have a parallel feel to them.

Wow! I love these minor renditions, because they completely alter the tone and emotion of the singer and what they want the listener to hear and feel. In the original, it seemed that the singer was saddened that her hopes and dreams were dashed because of circumstances and choices. This one, the singer seems angry that someone stole their dream.
