I'm sorry, but if we want to talk about games no one talks about then I have to bring up Pokémon Conquest. I agree not many talk about Pokken, but come on! Conquest is about a literal Pokémon war.
@@brentwhittington7350pokken is a fighting game with graphics more beautiful than all the mainline, the gengar ultimate is too similar with gigantamax gengar, have dark mega mewtwo x. And the game have an arcade version, a wii u version and a switch version, conquest has only a ds version

I’ve seen good things about it,and like a good puzzle game here and there,but it wasn’t until a few years back I actually played the game.conquest ended up becoming my favorite Pokémon game of all time
Even beating out my nostalgia for ranger:guardian signs,or even the masterpiece of games that are the bw sequels.highly recommend it

Fun fact- Sega was going to develop a DS Sonic game with a similar dashing mechanic, but scrapped it because they thought it would be too boring. Guess they were right after all.
Gosh those unhinged Nintendo ads were such a huge part of my childhood. I have several comic books in my collection with the "touching is good" pages and I never realized how cursed it was until I heard other people bring it up 😂

I love to see a lot of these types of spinoffs get some quality attention, even if they don't hold up well today. I’m a huge Pokémon Rumble fan and have been anxiously waiting for a Rumble Switch title (I've lost hope). But alas, I'm glad to see some of these spinoffs get talked about because as obscure as they were, they're Pokémon so they made up a lot of kids' childhoods!
When people are like "GameFreak got greedy with the Switch", this is the game I point them too.
Why's that?
@@MegaSpideyman I think it's one or two things. 1. You have to buy screen protectors/a new ds if you wear out the screen, or 2, and more likely it's the fact you need more games to unlock the other courses I'm guessing. Although, at the end of the day, I don't really see that as "greedy" as much as just existing alongside games that have been out for awhile and weren't 100 dollars for a copy at the time so not 100% sure what they mean by that.

That's what I was saying. Feels like that trick some RUclipsrs are using to increase view time by not signposting the ending, so people watch right up to the end of the video, which increases the metrics of the video. It feels very out of character for her and I'm hoping it was an editing mistake and not this form of stats manipulation

I remember trying Dash two years ago, it was fun, and then I found Pokemon ranger and completely forgot about it. Either way, great video, as always, the ending with the spheal course was kinda funny.

I'm 99% sure Pokemon Dash was my first pokemon game ever. My first mainline pokemon game was Sun but I always wanted one of the DS games like black / white when I was younger but I never got them :[

There is literally a tutorial on when you can and can't pop your balloons (grass 2 and road 0, 1 ice I believe). And once you saw a few exemple it's pretty straightforward I think.

God, I remember this game. I played it on the DS and it was the most stressful experience for me as a kid. I hated when I got lost and didn't know where the next checkpoint was.

I remember there was a weird feature where you could import sprites of your Pokemon from the main series Gen 3 games to Dash, and it'd turn the sprite into a course. Weirdly cool.
Was rewatching PopularMMOs when the notification appeared, didn’t know which to watch
Oh man, I remember when my Dad bought me Pokémon Dash. I was so excited to play it. But after playing it for an hour, I actually started crying because the game wasn't at all what I thought it was. I thought about asking my Dad to return it, but I was actually having a _little_ fun, so I decided to truck on. The dual slot feature turning your GBA team sprites into maps blew my mind.
I realized later on after getting a better taste for games (especially after playing Rescue Team) that the game really was a 6/10 at best. But I don't regret playing it at least.
