Thank you first for watching and responding to my video. Much appreciated. My issues was that I was an early adopter to the Maschine Plus. So, I invested in that product. Interesting, I truly don't think MPC 3.0 is a Maschine killer. I think it might be a foundation MPC killer. People that supported Akai Pro came from original Akai with boxes like the MPC 3k, 2k XL, 2k even MPC 60, even SP 1200. That's why those modes are in MPC 2.0. MPC 3.0 is geared on arranger design. That's a different workflow. I know a handful of core MPC guys that aren't doing the 3.0 update and are going back to the old machines and only using software DAWs. I understand Maschine might not be the answer but it doesn't seem like Akai pro is either. I truly think they are trying to attract new customers. However a person that wants to do beats on there phone is not converting to a drum machine. They like using there phone. Maybe Native is smart enough to realize DAW users need a computer/tablet/phone and stand alone devices are too hard to support.
Do you think it is time for NI to call it quits with the Maschine Plus. Leave you thoughts and comments below.

Just first 23min and everything is possible. I enjoy it and people would like to listen to someone performing Live...I believe that we gonna find a way
Did you ever finish the MPC live 2 masterclass yet
I took a pause on it. Are you still looking to get it? I can finish it up.
@@CDMESD yea I’m still interested but I know they’re going to update soon with the 3.0 version so I mind as well wait so I can learn that

Maschine plus is sick, I promise yall if I was a content creator and I made videos on how i make beats on maschine yall be like holy shit. And time stretching is dope if you understand how dope it is on this device.
You don’t have to be. Show us what you got bro. You can do this.
Man I had the mk3 but I was feeling that not using it because I need to connect to pc and so on, I use my pc for work, so I invest in the maschine plus to go standalone but well big mistake, I think I should bought a Mpc
I feel like if you treated like a traditional standalone, you can use the limited VST’s and the expansions to your benefit. But to me, the MPC does offer more in terms of VST‘s sounds and effects. I don’t know what they’re gonna do in the future.
No one can tell me that NI isn't seeing all of this progress with other products, that being said you have the hardware and it's a good piece why wouldn't you update the software by now. I just don't get it.
They have to see it bro. They have to make the necessary steps to change.
If you are making bangers with NI, what MPC is doing shouldn’t matter too much to you.
That being said, I’m using MPCs (Live II, One, and Key 61) and I’m good with my choice too.
I will concede that Maschine needs service their customers much better than they have been.
Where is your source that Maschine has a larger market share than Akai?
Thank you first for watching and responding to my video. Much appreciated. My issues was that I was an early adopter to the Maschine Plus. So, I invested in that product. It could have been much better. We will see what they do later this year. If you look up the search metrics you will see that Native Instruments has way more followers than Akai. This equates to more market share. THere are still a lot of NI producers on here that aint switching. Also, some of us have multiple brands of equipments. Just be clear, I am not locked into one brand. I am more for customer service. I have two MPCs Live 2 and the X. I am just getting into the software. There are things I like about NI and there are things I like about Akai. The Maschine plus is not one of them. Personal Experience and I am not alone in my thinking. Great Intentions but limited support.
NI they really really need to update the software side, of mashine. Its out dated and a real learning curve for beginners. Last thing, all of their software, they are all over BLOWED. I can prove it. Pull up Kontakt 6 and then pull up Kontakt 7. Tell me which one pops up First?
I definetly think they need to update. I think they have one of the greatest chances to make a comeback.
Maschine + drums still fatther than MPC drums
I cant agree with that.
Yo LOVE Ur show & I have to say I prefer Texas Instruments over Native instruments & they make calculators 😅
Yo, this is hilarious. Texas Instrument definitely keeps the numbers running up. Thanks for the love bro.
MPC 3 It's still in the beta stage and apparently has a lot of bugs
Marlow Diggs is talking about it now.
Really glad I found your video. Looks like I'll be sticking with Maschine mk2, an old MacBook, and a turntable for my sampling setup.
Yeah. Also, I think it is best to wait to see what the new maschine will look like and what it will do.
What do you mean? I have no idea.
Remind me of the question.
Kit creator don't translate all of maschine sounds the ones that have plug ins
I hear you.
Not all the air instruments are supported in atand alone
True
Pete Rock sp1200 ain't got a update in Decades you think he regret buying it😂😂😂
He sure got geeked over that MPC X SE. Did ou see tyhe video?
It’s not what you use it’s how you use it
Maschine plus has better sounds and drums but Akai Mpc new lines of machines are better at workflow, sampling and arranging. But the Akai vsts are below average to me.
I agree with you about the sounds and vst's. Not too many companies can mess with NI's sounds.
@@CDMESD the only company that has high quality sounds like NI is Spectrasonics. But NI is more versatile. But Akai is the best in samplers. I think of Akai and ni came together and made a Maschine/Mpc it would be historic
@@paidinfullproductions7752 I thinl Arturia has good sounds as well. I never had Spectrasonics but I definitely want to try them.
I bought a maschine plus for $650 that’s the only way I would buy it but for $1400 oh no
What's up bro? I agree with you. If you can get it for cheap, then its a good deal. I bought it when it was 14.99.99. To much money for the lack of support.
Maschine still.sound fatter than the MPC X live one force
Nah, I do believe it is how you mix too.
@CDMESD Nah I got both and MPC sounds flat compared to maschine plus new MPCs that is
Hell Nahhhhhhhhhh!!
Tell me why you feel that way. I like the MK3.
@@CDMESD i produce in MPC ONE, ROLAND MV1, Ableton Push2 and in my opinion NI Maschine plus have them ALL beat....easy to use especially for big productions..there ALL good in there own way so i guess it will come down to a self preference..1Love
Crashes too much
Absolutely
NI should a stayed away from standalone
I wholeheartedly agree.
Maybe Native is smart enough to realize DAW users need a computer/tablet/phone and stand alone devices are too hard to support.
fantastic episode im subbing tot he channel and will be around to support - Bless up
Many blessings to you. I appreicate you bro. Thanks for the support.
