In "Everybody" SHinee are supposed to be toy solders and they get their energy and power from Shawols (SHinee's fans). So all the moves and everything you see, including the way they are dressed, is supposed to emulate how a toy solider would look and move. The energy from Shawols power them up and that's why in the beginning they wake up from the floor and in the end they run out of energy and they disengage and fall back down to the floor to wait for the fans to come and power them back up again. In the middle of the performance where they come together and create that picture in their dance, they are supposed to look like an air plane, that's why Onew spins his arms round really fast like the propeller of a plane.

I like what you said about everyone getting their spotlight but not overstaying in it. SHINee is known to be kpop's best cohesive group. They work very well as a unit and everyone brings something great to the table. You can clearly see that their dancing doesn't have any weak links and neither do their vocals. There are 4 highnotes towards the end and each is done by a different member. They're all super charismatic and have great passion and stage presence and honestly, i have never come across anyoone who dislikes shinee. They're just that group. They're also very good at variety shows and they're all very close to one another, like family.
In my experience, teamwork is much better when your team is very closely knit, and anyone can tell that SHINee has that.
SHINee is really a force in the kpop industry.

My bias is the leader Onew. He recently enlisted in the military. Key and Minho enlisted this month as well. Taemin is by himself now. Jonghyun is no longer with us. RIP. #5hinee. It's still a painful situation as it's only been just over a year. SHINee will always be 5 members. Onew has great vocal range. Jonghyun was a musical genius..singer, songwriter, composer, poet, author. Taemin you know is the dancer as well as Key. Minho is the rapper. SHINee is known for their dancing being so synced and vocals harmonized.
I like it when you said, "it's interesting how cool and comfortable they are together". TRUE! One of the many reasons why I love them. I have seen some other groups when they talk with each other, but isn't the same as how Shinee does. What you see is what you get. That is how true they are. The iconic Everybody choreography 😎 Their musicality was insane. Shinee kind of started the dance practice trend amongst idols with Lucifer back in 2010.
Fun fact: Last year the guys did a 2x speed version of Everybody at a variety show and they pulled it off as well as it could get 😄

Mt favorite dance practice for SHINee is, of course, Replay! their debut from 2008 Both Jonghyun and Onew sing along live. The choreo is insane!! Also, Taemin's dance practice of Move is...yeah. His backup dancers are life. There's a reason he's called God-Taem...
My bias is Onew, he’s the oldest member and leader of shinee! My favorite mv for them is View but it doesn’t show that much of the dance. I really like the live performance, the choreo is fun and catchy.

My bias is Onew and Lucifer is still one of my fave dance practices. Good Evening is another one of my faves because it's so freeform.
I just found you and subscribed on my other account! SHINee are often overlooked these days, but they're performance legends who have been around for a decade now. Their live stages are amazing; they pioneered eating CDs and showering in dance practices, as far as I'm concerned. Sherlock, Lucifer, and Everybody are probably my favourite SHINee choreos, but there are plenty to see. As far as I know, SHINee have said that Everybody is their toughest choreo. It's intense, the hits are hard, and there are few breaks. It's so memorable, too. I especially love the part where Minho (in the red jacket) charges them all up and they vibrate into place one by one like wind-up toys.
My bias is Jonghyun (in all black) because I relate to him the most and have so much respect for who he was as a person and an artist, but Taemin is one of my biggest inspirations for learning how to dance. He's really special, and it shows in everything he does that he values dance so much as art. Move is among my top choreos of all time because it's so different and challenging of norms and expectations.

SHINee’s choreo are so hard and so complex and just insane, that very few groups in Kpop no matter how well trained they are, do they even try to cover their dances. That’s how hard SHINee’s choreography is

I always cry when it's about 5HINee, I met them because of the bad news (I'm very sensitive with that subject) so I don't have happy memories about them, I admire Shawols so much for how strong and loyal they are with their smile on their faces when hearing SHINee, I will cry for all of you so you can still smiling my sisters and brothers Shawols
A lot of people are recommending a lot of good SHINee song to watch but I’d recommend Replay. It’s their debut song and I think I’d give you a good look of where they started in 2008 and see how far they’ve come 🙂
SHINee is my ultimate groups so I honestly recommend every song and video they ever made lol
