If I remember currently, at the time, it was the most expensive choreagraphy in kpop. The reason was because it was made by one of Michael Jackson's choreographers. I think that is what I heard back then but it's been a while.

@@ChrisStillBeTalkin Someone told me his name. Its Tony Testa! After doing some research I found he also choreographed a few of their other songs, also for TVXQ, EXO and NCT.
ChrisStillBeTalkin It was choreographed by Tony Testa yeah.. it was the first choreo he made in a kpop group ever.. and it became the start. The thing about the “most expensive choreo” yeah true.. wheew

SHINee-Married To The Music (PERFORMANCE VERSION) is super choreo heavy. Lots of clocks & level changes. Very fun choreo!
Bby Riss Not the dance version or they’ll miss the good parts lol. For dancing, they could also watch a live performance of that lol.
I prefer the performance version! I think the actual MV is too distracting the first time it's seen. The choreography is so good and it gets completely missed in the MV. Even the live performances don't show the choreography as well as I would like, but they are really good!
Married to the music was choreographed by the same person who choreographed Sherlock :) (No wonder both are amazing!)

Idk if anyone has said it, but the choreographer was Tony Testa. He did a few of their songs. This and dream girl are the ones I remember.
I think he also did Everybody. I believe he worked on This Is It with Michael Jackson 🧐

Check out TVXQ- Mirotic MV. Mirotic album is still the highest selling second generation album of all-time. The song was also banned for being too sexy, legit look it up.
TVXQ are also SHINee's elder brother group (sunbaes) from the same label.
I always love watching people react to MOVE. I think I've watched every MOVE reaction on RUclips. There's just something about that choreo that's so captivating. So yeah, have them react.

I believe this dance was literally the one that changed the dances in K-Pop industry. The composition, how they were starting it with the right side of the stage and not the center.. just amazing. Even many Korean students (boys in high schools) cover this song at their school events etc. Hahaha it's such a good old days. I enjoyed your reactions a lot, so thank you!
I'd love to see more of them on your Channel, they're EXO's label mates and they even trained together. SHINee are kings of live performances and known as the Princes of K-Pop!
Key, another member in SHINee is also an amazing dancer, you need to check out his solo stuff as well 'I wanna Be' or 'One of Those Nights' would be a good start.
All of SHINee are soloists as well, that's how talented they are, as solo artists they have completely different colours and styles
A quick rundown of the members:
Onew - Leader, one of the most powerful vocalists in K-Pop (sings opera as well), and holds the record for the longest note in K-pop (40 seconds)
Jonghyun - Probably the best vocalist in K-pop, he is known for writing and producing nearly all of his songs and even wrote songs for EXO and other SHINee members (He wrote Pretty Boy for Taemin & Kai as well)
Key - An allrounder, he has amazing vocals, is on taemins level of dancing, an actor, fashion designer, variety show king, etc etc etc
Minho - SHINee's athletic guy, besides that he has honey sweet vocals even tho he's the rapper of the group, it's like a completely different person's voice when he's singing
Taemin - you know him, King of dance, Korea's MJ, an icon for gender neutrality which he uses his androgynous looks for, he himself said he wants to break gender barriers in k-pop
SHINee - One of the most influental K-pop boybands since debuting in 2008, even if we lost Jonghyun to depression in 2017 but that will never change the fact that they will always be 5 members ♥

Like you I found Shinee through Taemin and have fallen in love with them and how in sync their music and vocals are. You should do a Shinee week, there is so much awesome dancing to see! And if you want to learn more about them I suggest watching their 6 part Shinee’s Back docu series on their youtube channel, it has eng subs.

My bias is Jonghyun. Actually, he's my ultimate since 2013, but I've been with them since 2010, so I have a strong love for all five of them, but for many reasons, Jjong has a strongest bond with me. I recommend for you the dance practice for Everybody, I want you and Good Evening. Also, if you want too see more Taemin, i recommend Sayonara Hitori (goodbye), at the "devils stage" in Hit the stage.
Do y'all know/remember Sherlock is actually a hybrid remix of two songs? Hence, the mv has the title Sherlock (Clue+Note) 😁

oK, I just realized after I suggested it that you have already done this! :) Good job!! :) This choreo is their most expensive and such a great one! They are getting their MJ on! I wish you could have seen them live when Jonghyun was here. Seeing it live was the best ever. I'm sure you've probably watched Taemin's "Goodbye", which has to be the most beautiful live choreo I've ever witnessed. I actually cried.

You should watch SHINee 2x faster dance version of SCHERLOCK. It was made on the programme "Weekly Idol" in 2017... Utterly impressive

I remember when I first saw this MV. I was a hardcore VIP (Big Bang) and Blackjack (2ne1) stan back then but when I saw Taemin with his long hair, i went "oooooh"
Thank you for this reaction! SHINee has so much great music and choreography. It's hard to narrow down what to recommend! "Everybody" is a great one ...both the live and the dance practice. I actually recommend both as you can really appreciate the choreography in the dance practice but it should not be missed live!!!

You - you gotta watch their dance practices. Their choreo is amazing! They're the best dancers in kpop for a reason ( NCT and VIXX tie second place for choreo!)
If you notice when jonghyun starts off the song he is taking pictures, finding evidence, hiding behind a wall etc and like AHA I have the answer like in clue then everyone behind him is mimicking the moves he’s going through to figure our who took the jewel. And it’s was the most expensive choreo in Kpop.

I can highly recommend GIRL'S DAY. 💕 There's a playlist in chronological order on my channel that will help you experience the transition they made. They always had a quirky quality in their MVs, and strong vocals, but nobody saw it coming when GIRL'S DAY released "Expectation". That wasn't a different direction, that was a rocket trip to the moon. 😊 And it made them successful overnight.

Tony Testa choreographed this! And I use to be highkey addicted to watching all the dance covers, for Shelock back in the day, because they ran a dance cover contest. In it, groups would submit their covers, and the best cover group or dancer would get to perform with SHINee. If I'm correct I do believe the group was from Brazil? or was it it, Mexico! I can't remember but it was amazing!!!

But you will find through all of KPOP that they are highly influenced by MJ. Not only male groups but female groups. You can definitely see some of that influence in Shut Up and Dance (BTW, I'm still waiting on some EXO LAY reactions. He's perfect for you and your friends to react to).
