But When VIOLET was like a few months old, FOO FIGHTERS paid us all to come be part of a music video for LET IT DIE on the echoes silence patience and grace album, and it was never released unfortunately. But, on break I got the opportunity to speak to DAVE GROHL and trust me i almost fainted and didn't know what to say like I shook his hand and I was shaky but he was so nice and he asked me what my favorite foo fighters song was and I said I'LL STICK AROUND and he was like wow u are an OG GRUNGE FAN! and his wife comes up and says "the baby wants to hold u" and I was like omg is that VIOLET, and Dave says yes wana hold her and I did. Now look at her. Violet is sooooooo talented this is the song I listen to the most on the album. But wow I didn't know it was about VIRGINIA his mom 😢
For me, this is easily one of their best songs, it's so beautiful. Loved the shoegaze influence on this song. Gives such a emotive touch, a delicate power. And this new album is very good.

I can only speculate that he was able to feel his way through the writing and recording process, and the art is an homage to his loss, and his love for those no longer with him.

This is my favorite song off the new record. It has a very Shoegaze sound and sounds like Ringo Deathstarr.
