Oh my God the struggle is real! I get so obsessed when I paint that I don’t even remember to take pauses - which I regret everytime... and my right wrist is kinda messed up. Doing some wrist exercises every other day and setting a timer when I’m painting are the things I’m currently trying to implement in my routine.
I went through depression and anxiety and ever since I feel I lost the purpose of my life. I keep myself busy with people and chores to avoid introspecting. Your videos inspire me so much. Thankyou for sharing your journey, keep sharing. Much love to you and your channel!!

i like how confident you were here! I'd wish to improve in my painting skills but it's always so draining figuring out the right colour composition. one day I spent 4hrs trying to figure colour mixtures lol.
You are AMAZING!!! Don't ever doubt that!! So cool of you to say how you need to keep learning...we all are always learning....but you're pretty amazing! It was fun to see your genuine excitement! I can't do anything like you...but with what I do, I also worry so much about repainting or painting over...don't know why, I just get anxiety. But you did great :) It can be hard to find that balance for sure....I have a lot of health issues and some days I can't move much and some random days I can, so when I can I feel I have to move until my body stops me...and when you're in the zone, its easy to forget to eat or stop and stretch...so taking care of yourself is great advice :)

I learned that there is absolutely no reason to be feared of repainting or just throwing it away and starting over or just beginning something new. It´s just something in our mind, holding us back and yes it doesn ´t make any sense how good we get at painting or anything else when we destroy our health. Wish you all the best 🌷

I'm always trying to remind myself to be fearless in my drawing or painting because in reality, its just for me, if others happen to like it then that's awesome, but typically I'm not brave enough to show anyone my art, so then there's truly no reason to not just do as you said, repaint some, start over, or work on something else a bit....just something we tell ourselves. Honestly, I only taught myself to paint and draw at about 40 out of a need to express some feelings and deal with some ptsd and anxiety...but when I first tried, in earnest, to paint on a canvas I was terrified of "ruining" it and on a tight budget that wasn't an option...but I also thought that if I looked at reference, I automatically failed. And it never even occurred to me that a real artist might sketch something onto the canvas first, before painting....so when I couldn't just throw up a perfect imagined painting I thought "oh see, failure!" I can't afford any real classes, but I try to research and read and watch videos and have learned those are things real artists sometimes do as well, so then it got easier...kinda....still learning ;) we can definitely get in our own heads a LOT for no real reason. But your work is beautiful! One day I'll try oils, just to feel them and the blending abilities. But for now, basic acrylic is more affordable for me :) Anyway...I'm apparently talkative this morning 😊 sorry!! Look forward to seeing more of your work!!! 🙂

Does anyone else have a whole room of art supplies, an art desk, maybe clay, charcoal, paint, paper and inspiration books and yet, you sit and watch other people be beautifully creative? My paints gather dust while I swoon over artists and their work. But why don’t I just sit down to work, and try and fail and then try again? Not sure if it’s a fear of failure or a fear of the vulnerability necessary for trying at all..
I just love everything about your videos. I can’t stop watching them. I play them over and over again. It just puts my mind at ease and makes me feel so happy and light inside again after watching them. So thank you so much for that at first. 🤍 I recently started to paint (after a long time) and you are such a great inspiration and guider for me on that path. I can’t tell you. You’re my idol. Setting a timer is a good idea. Also try some back workout! And stretch your shoulder/ back and arm muscles. This helps me a lot
