I built up an XR100 recently, started with a 120 motor and a CR80 chassis. Huge improvement in the suspension and braking department. Makes a fun bike to bomb around the trails.

I was thinking about doing a suspension swap with a cr80 but ended up not doing it... mainly wanted the front disc brake thats a huge difference. Looking into doing something with the new fuel injected crf125🔥

Let me know if you do the suspension and brakes, i need the same. I see a Garland TX company selling the whoe front end but wonder... Also my 2002 bike goes through shift stopper plates, popping out of 2nd to nuetral, otherwise solid.

What I would do if I had a bunch of money for just a 100. I would do a kitaco DOHC conversion, get double oil coolers, big bore it. Swap the CDI for a better power curve and a higher rev limiter. And I would put Cr85 forks on. Hell just put the 100 into a 85 frame. Basically a 150R. Lol

I got adult 150 renthal bars and then cut like a inch of each end! I wanted the tallest ones possibly since im tall

Full Yoshimura and them bbr frame cradles been outta stock for a few months now… had one on backorder since november😕

I got the graphics from Limited Decal and the plastics are Maier... the plastic looks good but doesent hold up for shit
