@@FullSpeedImpulse. Was going togo with a nibbi. Not sure what size i need tho. Got some measuring todo. I got to watch over your video again because you mentioned what carb size your using. I remember it was a mikuini style you said. I watched it late
Thank you very much for a great detailed video! I want to do this same thing ! I got to ask where did you get the exhaust and how much ?? Sounds and looks awesome
@chadriddle3517 Thanks man!!! I appreciate it. FYI that exhaust always says it’s in stock even when it’s not. It could take up to a month to receive your exhaust. But you can always call them and they will let you know how long it may take. Good luck!
You don’t need a bigger carb. But performance wise it will help. I used the 22mm mikuni and it runs great. Some people will say run 24mm-26mm whether it’s a nibbi or mikuni. I like the 22mm because you can still use the stock cable and it is a direct fit into the bike. Tboltusa is where I get my version of the 22mm.
lol I hear ya. Start small and work your way up to it. Prolly the hardest part for me always just making sure the rings are correct when you are putting the piston in the cylinder.
@IM-BETTER Good luck!!! I’ve got two videos coming out this week on our trip down in Red Bird Off-road with the xr100. You can definitely tell the bike has power. Plus have another one coming out soon on updates on installing a light. Thanks for watching!
Great video! This deserves more views!
Thanks Man! We will get there for sure. 👍
Just bought the kit for my boys bike! Great video man!

I’m running a 22mm mikuni carb. Believe my jetting was 110 main/stock pilot.

I think a Xr80r should work as well ?
I believe so. But it will be a 95cc kit not a 120cc. Different cranks.
Did you have to do the timing setting?
Yep. It’s not hard at all.
What was the chain size you used?
Step-by-step with stupid angles mind as well have not made the video
Sorry to hear my video didn’t benefit you in anyway.
