Isolating one self is something I have adopted in early 2023 & has been an interesting development. @11:11 Amazing to listen that you are intentionally realistic about the goal's you place and aware of your capabilities. 2023 showed me my capacity of completing tasks versus my ambitious goals. @13:01 Recognizing one's accomplishments is definitely being adopted this year, thank you for pointing this out. 3X3 System is a great technique! This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,743 subs and > 1k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
The wheel of life is awesome. It is amazing how you can immediately see what areas you need to improve on...seeing it on paper makes its sooo realistic and so much easier to manage. Thanks for all you do❤
I wish you luck with the acne scars laser cause girl it hurts… And I am literally the person with the highest pain resistance that I know LOL. Still, it’s manageable and results are amazing ❤
My last year was really bad I was really optimistic for 2023 but it didn't went according to what i thought it would be but I don't loose hope and I know I can and I will make my 2024 much more better and after ur self isolation video I have a kind of energy ik I have not been that consistent with what I plan but I try to give breaks and not dig in directly which Ig gonna make difference in 2024 kind of taking mini steps and trying to bring my life on track. But ya I wanna thank you too for ideas 💡 😊
"One hour at a time, one day at a time" repeat that over & over to yourself in the morning for 5 min/ 21 day challenge for yourself. Aided me in getting through a very difficult life outcomes at the time. Find one good habit for the year ( Journaling has helped me this past year 2023- could be anything 4 u. Stay strong!

I have been craving a good idea for a year review/goal setting structure, and now that I have your prompt list I'm just running with it. It’s not my “why” in general but my why for every goal that I set. So like an emotional reason as to why I want to achieve a goal, like “I want to make an x amount of money this year, because it would make me feel accomplished and I would show myself that I can do it. I can book my mom a vacation that she desperately needs with that money etc.” 😊
I’m a new Subbie too and looking into setting up new year goals and levelling up my life and being more productive and proactive. 2024 is gonna see a new me but I’m not gonna change completely as there are aspects of my life and character that I truly love x

I've got a wheel of life, a mindmap, lists of goals and how to achieve them, vision boards, and some other stuff
Everyone is on their own journey. I’ve had many awful years before where I felt like I went backwards. You can only focus on yourself and try to do your best and give yourself the best possible opportunity for an amazing life✨❤️
