What can I learn from this? 3) Embrace your uniqueness + write a list of all the things you're good at 4) Gratitude list : write at least 3 things you're grateful for, specially on bad days 5) Remove the blocks that are holding you back by shifting your core beliefs (reframe them) Thank you so much Nika for these reminders, my mindset is really needing a reset atm! Control the part of your day you can control. Make the day better. Happen to the day rather than it happening to you. Everything happens for a reason. What kind of takeaway you take from it. Learn from the experience, even if it’s hard. Take advantage of your uniqueness. You can only excell in what you uniquely can do. Bring out the things. Amplify what you already have. Slowly remove your subconscious beliefs and throw them off so you can proceed.
