Therapy is crucial for many people .. I wouldn’t specify this as a “self-care” expense. This is just as important as physical health… not the same as beauty expenses

@@boostaconfiance everyone’s therapy will be for different reasons, someone may say too many nice things due to trauma so you can’t say you hope and expect it to help people to say nice things, sometimes it’s not about being nice, being real is more important in this day and age in my opinion, but your point is valid :)

Thanks a lot for the video, Nika! I’ve been watching it part by part for a couple of days, calculated my current spendings (terrifying to see some categories I don’t care about consuming that much - definitely a place to cut expenses), how much to save for 4 months of unemployed life, yearly spends like birthdays/tech amortisation/health, etc.
My partner and I dream to live in a cozy home near nature. It’s sad to think we’ll spend about 10 years on serious savings/loan payments to achieve it, both working in IT, and that my other dream to have kids would need to wait. But property isn’t cheap anywhere nowadays.
It’s also terrifying to think I must be employed for all of this time, so the emergency found will help me to stay calm. Thanks a lot, I aim to achieve the emergency fund goal by the end of the year🙏

Therapy is actually very crucial to many people's survival. It's dangerous how free RUclipsrs are with framing it as the same thing as a trip to the shopping mall.

I had psychosis and was admitted to the mental hospital at 15. Not to mention that therapy isn’t only for people with such issues and i think it should be spoken about it in different ways so that everyone can get the help they want/need + i honestly don’t understand why speaking about therapy freely lwould deter people from going or be harmful in any way. I would think it wouldn’t seem so intimidating and scary to try it.
