  • Thought it would be fun to try paint the pool myself. i did think it would be tough but wasnt sure, one way to find out. i got some luxapool paint and had a go. took quite a while just to clean and empty the pool of water, and painting it tool lots of patience but in the end, it cost a fraction of what it would have cost to pay someone else to do it. im happy enough with the results :)
Every wanted to know how to paint the pool? or how not too? Tune in to this vlog episode

You guys did a good job but you didn't put the primer on usually a big mistake but it all depends upon the paint and the surface God bless you again you did a good job

Paint held up fine. I really recommend not painting in windy conditions. Gunl is going to fall in all over the place. Not sure if there are any downsides to painting at night...

I used a portable pool pump, and the relieve valve was at the bottom of the pool. :)

You should have repaired the cracks with opening them up and put new plaster or a plaster patch. No cement is 100% water proof. I’m in the process of remodeling my concrete pool to save a time of money. Most important thing is to do research. I’ve done well over 50 hours of research on every step I need to do.
