The Air upgrade increases your oxygen capacity The Stasis Zone increases the area of effect for your stasis module Stasis Duration increases the length of time your stasis module can last As for if they have to be done in order, they definitely have to be done in order
Stomping is probably the most iconic thing about the Dead Spaces series, besides the helmet and health bar. Just so satisfying to go around bashing everything in sight
Protip time: don’t forget that your guns have an alt firing method if you press RB. Also make sure you sell your semiconductors at the store when you pick them up. You currently have one of them on hand. More money and more inventory! Lastly, there are 3 total side missions. They are all fairly easy and give loot worth getting. Story too! I was away for a while but now I'm here again 😀 I'm glad to see you again Teegan you playing my favorite game. I start from your first episode until the end I hope you are all ok greetings from Croatia.
Let me give you some pro tips. DON'T RUN in unexplored areas, let them come to you, you reduce your reaction time, make rushed shots and get damaged. Kill everything from range, stomping gives the chance to get damaged, SHOOT the arms when they are down. Later you will learn when you can use telekinesis to pick up a item, and hurl it at a downed monster, impaling it, like arms cut off of prior monsters. And other in world items.(best tactic) remember always Target the extremities, center Mass is a bullet sponge with a few exceptions. When updating your weapons, don't spread yourself too thin. As an example, your plasma cutter is your most powerful weapon, the other weapons while neat, are utility weapons for when you run out of plasma rounds. Telekinesis and stasis are your friends. Impaling a monster with telekinesis and a pointed weapon is a One-Shot kill. Finish it off from range. Save all you money to get armor updates (critical). You will enter the vacuum of space, extra o2 time, can save your life. Walk with weapon drawn. No running, until you know area is clear, assume elevators are not safe. (not all of them are). The side quests are about lore, and is a worth while, (for extra loots) Keep a mental or written note for higher security, you may need to return to loot those places, for extra supplies if you run out, (assume you will). Above all enjoy the game, it's the granddaddy of survival horror, and a masterpiece.

You unfortunately missed some pretty important lore (Isaac’s profile) in a text log onboard the Kellion (your ship that was destroyed) in a room that you missed (directly across from the ship’s entrance). I definitely recommend looking it up if you want to know about Issac’s backstory; like how he met Nicole, his parents, stuff like that. It’s called "Background Request" 🙂

47:02 If there's one thing I've learned from all the horror games I've played it's that if there's a bit where you're trying to fix a vehicle a big sub boss or boss monster shows up while you are or after you have.
Teagan you can rotate the angle of the gun slicing with LT + RB, start with their legs to slow them down then finish with the arms or foot stomp. Remember to reload often and if you need money you can sell items at stores.

33:07 Their arms remind me of these bug things from Resident Evil 5 called Reapers that can 1 hit kill by stabbing you with their sharp limbs if they get too close.
I don't remember that other tech with Isaac in the first game, in the original. I know they reworked some things for this update, so am keen to see how that all works. What I always loved about this game though, was the atmosphere, especially the sound design, which was fantastic. I hope they can match it here. Edit : I see the runner things also shoot now, thats new, and horrifying!

Hell yeah Our Favourite Horror Queen Lite is back with one of the best Survival Horror Game Dead Space, and yeah I would support the Idea for One Video/Chapters but there are some chapters was super short not even 30 minutes, and there are other chapters what was quite Long, and yeah you did an amazing Job so far Lite keep up the Good Work, and yeah scared/screaming Lite is the Best Lite xD, cant wait for More Episodes this is gonan be awesome just dont lose your Voice first by screaming xD.
The scariest horror game I first time played 15 years ago and the remake is perfect 🧡, the lighting and sounds are so good 😨! I love it that Isaac speaks in this remake, unlike in the original Dead Space. I'm gonna enjoy watching your playthrough and reactions to jump scares😄. Good luck ☺!

It was 14 years ago when Isaac Clarke came into my life. Fantastic atmosphere, exciting, good story. The Remake is in no way inferior to the original and in my opinion the game is even better. Let's hope that part 2 & 3 also experience a remake🙌
I love watching people experience one of the best horror games ever for the first time! The first sequence leading up to the elevator is a great introduction to what you can expect in the rest of the game. Only it gets worse. Much, much worse.
You know what I look for whenever I wanna watch someone new play Dead Space? Or any game for that matter? I'm looking for a new perspective.. Now.. I've seen a bunch of players play Dead Space.. All sorts of people.. Horrorfans, survivors, curious but anaware players. And to my knowledge.. NO ONE I saw.. found that text log in the beginning.. Much less take the time to read in the lore of the ship you're basically spending the whole game in.. Now I'm interested! Subscribed and looking forward to your playtrough. :)

some interesting minor changes; Just, I wish they could've kept the original Hammond voice actor, or at least character; he was my favourite character, competently commanding, the responsibility; everything considered with the unpreparedness and suddenness of the situation (he was also the only one you see going out risking his life too trying to get things done)
i hope if you started this you intend to continue with dead space 2 and 3. obviously it will be a step down in graphics but surprisingly the other two hold up pretty well for the time they came out. who knows if they will get around to remaking the rest so you might as well just play the older ones going forward if you end up liking the game. also flip your plasma cutter sideways. Thats what you missed on the tutorial. Most of the time you want it horizontal. to hack their legs off to control the amount of numbers. Vertical aiming is only useful for side mounted enemies or if you specifically want to go for a certain part of the arms. But horizontal aiming is most useful for most applications. RB to do that. You might have to play around with your sensitivity settings in the menus to compensate. IF you are overshooting your targets that much its probably not matched up properly with your reflexes. Game settings are there because not all people are the same or react the same. i have to say good job on the stomping though. i played on medium too but got my butt pierced by those blades everytime. i was almost never able to kill a necro purely by stomping it without losing massive amounts of health in the process. and im a veteran player from all the original games. I think this game is slightly disadvantaged by the playstation adaptive trigger system. Spamming it on my controller never seems to have much effect but i notice on your game they are very visibly getting staggered easily enough to stop their attacks from hitting you. i know you play with xbox controller so there might be a slight advantage there. or maybe its part of a patch fix and you are playing on a better version where this is possible to do now. Either way it's great that technique is working for you you can save a huge amount of ammo going forward.

@@LiteWeightGaming if you get them on the ground by taking out a leg. It forces the arms into an easier position to shoot them. It also slows them down a little. FYI the horizontal position for the plasma cutter (R1) is the optimal position for most situations.
Still need to play mass effect! I played andromeda and I think I started 2 at one point? But I had no idea what was going on since I skipped 1 and stopped really early hahaha
I think doing 1 Chapter a Video would work, if an Chapter runs a bit longer totally fine if you cut it up. If there is side missions we should check them out or play it by year, I like the atmosphere it’s definitely scary! 🤗
It is nice to catch a true first play through of Dead Space - starting with the remake is fine, but you won't have the compare and contrast to the original, which to be fair, was a classic. I am excited for this series. It looks so intense - imagine playing in the dark with surround sound or headphones - yikes

I'm actually concerned that you left it at just Dead Space remake and didn't bother with 2 or 3. I understand that you are a little weight. However the more you play horror games the better you become. Your intelligent and easy on the eyes. Easy to listen to. But please finish the series..
I know the remake is hot right now with the RUclips algorithm, but you really should've started with the original trilogy before starting the remake. Another play through I'm gonna have to skip, unfortunately.

You can rotate the plasma cutter using RB so it cuts horizontally, which makes it much easier to cut their legs off. This slows them way down. :)

Dead Space Remake definitely looks fun but frustrating especially when it comes to weapon Sway and Reload ability but it has replay potential
Love that game never play it but it very much goood watching
some interesting minor changes; Just, I wish they could've kept the original Hammond voice actor, or at least character; he was my favourite character, competently commanding, the responsibility; everything considered with the unpreparedness and suddenness of the situation (he was also the only one you see going out risking his life too trying to get things done)

i hope if you started this you intend to continue with dead space 2 and 3. obviously it will be a step down in graphics but surprisingly the other two hold up pretty well for the time they came out. who knows if they will get around to remaking the rest so you might as well just play the older ones going forward if you end up liking the game. also flip your plasma cutter sideways. Thats what you missed on the tutorial. Most of the time you want it horizontal. to hack their legs off to control the amount of numbers. Vertical aiming is only useful for side mounted enemies or if you specifically want to go for a certain part of the arms. But horizontal aiming is most useful for most applications. RB to do that. You might have to play around with your sensitivity settings in the menus to compensate. IF you are overshooting your targets that much its probably not matched up properly with your reflexes. Game settings are there because not all people are the same or react the same.
i have to say good job on the stomping though. i played on medium too but got my butt pierced by those blades everytime. i was almost never able to kill a necro purely by stomping it without losing massive amounts of health in the process. and im a veteran player from all the original games. I think this game is slightly disadvantaged by the playstation adaptive trigger system. Spamming it on my controller never seems to have much effect but i notice on your game they are very visibly getting staggered easily enough to stop their attacks from hitting you. i know you play with xbox controller so there might be a slight advantage there. or maybe its part of a patch fix and you are playing on a better version where this is possible to do now. Either way it's great that technique is working for you you can save a huge amount of ammo going forward.

@@LiteWeightGaming if you get them on the ground by taking out a leg. It forces the arms into an easier position to shoot them. It also slows them down a little. FYI the horizontal position for the plasma cutter (R1) is the optimal position for most situations.

Still need to play mass effect! I played andromeda and I think I started 2 at one point? But I had no idea what was going on since I skipped 1 and stopped really early hahaha

I think doing 1 Chapter a Video would work, if an Chapter runs a bit longer totally fine if you cut it up. If there is side missions we should check them out or play it by year, I like the atmosphere it’s definitely scary! 🤗
Is the foot-stomp OP? It looks like one can beat this game with the foot-stomp alone.
No Liteweight is playing on the easiest difficulty so her attacks do much more damage to enemies

It is nice to catch a true first play through of Dead Space - starting with the remake is fine, but you won't have the compare and contrast to the original, which to be fair, was a classic. I am excited for this series. It looks so intense - imagine playing in the dark with surround sound or headphones - yikes
