Lords of the Fallen Cheaters in PvP

This was my 2nd fight against this guy and he's a damn cheater. Please help get this jerk banned.

Yes he is. I have tried to post videos of people that do this same thing. They somehow teleport all over the place and hit you when they are on the other side of the screen. I have videos of a guy walking in the air in pilgrims perch!
