Thats a unique manner of expressing the short communication between death and the girl but i like it too.Guess death claims a soul only when its time has come otherwise it cannot.So initially though it left the girl to return till her time came immediately thereafter she died in the accident.So the messenger could ' lawfully' take her to the abode of death.Or else maybe, death came by earlier to claim her little soul!

Death is a very misunderstood entity. If people researched the old mythologies about him, they would know that he is in fact a kind of noble entity who tries to be fair. He isn't evil or sadistic. He is an entity of mercy and appreciating balance. Yes, he is dark and sombre, but he's actually one of the more compassionate deities.
I mean, he just doing his work.

Death is never the end nor should be feared instead it should be welcomed.
Plus he is the ferrier of souls to the afterlife, he guides every soul he can to their rightful place.
Very often the dark lady (I think of the angel of death as female) comes as a friend.
I love when death has a kind representation...

this kind of prooves the point that the entity of death isnt the literal instroment of demise rather the one that sheppards whatever soul lands in his care.
To be honest, I've come to a point that I prefer this kind of animation and anime over the real- person movie especially from Hollywood😬. This is indeed captivating. Thank you ,thank you and thank you 🙏
The animación movies from Hollywood are often optimist.Otherwise, the european ones are dark and dramatic

Cartoons (anime) have the potential to be even more real than real actors. Hyper-realism does have it's appeal. It'd be easier to make an argument for real actors if Hollywood still attempted to make good movies. They committed to become an ideological propaganda machine and it's been downhill ever since.
This should be a real movie. I want to see more.

That's the difference between those who care and those who make money.
To understand one individual is to understand the audience choice and matter. It is not of greed of wealth or the artists of slothful, uncaring hands, it is because, in grim reality, majority outweigh the few and many come to seek pseudo-happiness just to fill their empty hearts.
In other words, nobody want to see such a morbid tale or otherwise serious. They all come to enjoy the flashy lights and the goofy characters to give some meaning of joy.
I understand the meaning of this video..i understand the kid why she is sad..i understand How the orphanes feel lonly..I know it well..Its make me cry..its melt my heart..How great meaning in this video

It breaks my heart , she could have gone home with me , always wanted a little girl , made me cry a lot the first time n second time , third I saw it I felt more at ease she was going to a better place 💕

It was beautifully done, truly. The emotions that flow, fear, concern, sadness/sorrow, joy, all for a little girl facing death as her dearest friend.
Idk but i'm into short movies lately and this is one of the best ..
The short ones are better. I think it's because they're so short, and they're made usually by smaller companies or independent people. The creators of short films are more concerned with quality over quantity, unlike Hollywood and the "big" producers.
Moral of the story: Look both ways before you cross the road.

Yes, but unfortunately its hard to get into the film industry unless you have connections. Hollywood is also very biased and it takes a lot of money for equipment as well.

I never thought there could be a bad yet good ending. She died, which is said. But now she is happy, she doesn't have to deal with things that make her sad like the orphanage.

But for the change of heart from the small timed little girl, he knows, but leads her.
This is an opinion of mine but, it's how I see.
I was thinking he was taking her with him to do his duties, kinda like a lucky charm, pet or sidekick to make his journey less lonely, and add a thing called love to his deathfilled days.
So no one is going to talk about how that stone demon/death thing moved it's hands. Or how messed up that death was?
I think that because another "Death" needed a scythe the stone Death let him use it.
Demons are quiet the illusionist.
That ia not something we as mortals are meant to understand
This is a beautiful way of showing how to face death when it comes,the dying and those left behind. Actually,we need GOD'S Grace to have the courage to accept death when it comes, then peace follows. This holds true for people who are terminally ill and for the loved ones that will be left behind. Those suffering from painful illness like cancer would welcome death and embrace it as it would put an end to it,a great relief also to loved ones taking care of them. I know, because both my mom & dad died of cancer. Sad to say though is, the hardest thing for us left behind is how to cope with the lost and to move on.

So... He spared her life.. For her to die....... I mean, she expressed not wanting to go back to the orphanage, indicating that her relationship with the nuns isn't good, and her only friend had died earlier, so it seems like the more compassionate way to go... But I feel so unsatisfied with that ending.
Well, you said it's a more compassionate way to go: Death took her away, as he felt it would make her feel better. That's what it took: she had to die.
Well, at least following my interpretation, that the Scyther actually decided to take her away at that moment.

Some people are so innocent that this cruel world does not deserve them so they are left alone. Death is the only one that hugs them and they think they can get their love there so they show no resistance on going with it just like this little girl.
Lots of love for the people who are denied by this world. You do not belong here. You belong to a place with golden hearted people like you. Those who do not have any friends, be friends with others like you who do not possess any friends and one day this connection would make this world better for all other people out there who are denied by the world and have no one to be with them.
