What is with all this "maestro" talk? One thing I love about American culture (as I see it) is the fact that I can respect someone immensely, for all their work and ability, and still feel no need to address them as royalty. Thanks to Itzhak Perlman for making my life better than it would have been without his music! His recordings of the Mozart Violin concertos changed my life, literally.
