This is by far the most common grammatical mistake that even native English speakers make. Once you become aware of it, you can't stop seeing it _everywhere_

The title should be "The Sexual Revolution and its Consequences"; no apostrophe in the possessive form of the word "its". The apostrophe is used for the shortened form of it is.

ITS not it's. It's = it is. Come on guys, this is basic English here.
It’s an honest mistake though, since the apostrophe is used for both contractions and possessive words (i.e. “Matt’s video” doesn’t mean “Matt is video”).
It makes perfect sense that you would use an apostrophe to express that the “it” is possessive. But it’s English, and there are exceptions for every rule.

IT'S not a mistake. The reason for the possessive is that IT'S a property of of the sexual revolution that they're describing. The sexual revolution is an 'it.' So IT'S true you should shut yo mouth

@tomato-ir9xs I don't think that how it works since they were 2 different movements,the sexual revolution was made to empower but normalized lust. i get dating back then was bleclk, but most of that sexual revolution stuff came from big monopolies while other independent went for what really matters,civil rights.why do you think they killed so many leaders? They wanted no hold back as they wanted to tap into the minds of customers through itimicity.
