Thanks for again an awesome video 😁. Quick question about the iS Clinical Cleansing Complex. It is a water based cleanser, right? Is it supposed be used as a second cleanser for double cleansing or does it remove make up as well? Thanks 😊

As an esthetician myself, this was one of my favorite reactions to watch. She's using clinical/medical grade and i applaud that. No la mer and la prairie or any other hocus pocus potions!

I'm just going to guess you only used one jar, and/or didn't apply the moisturizer the way you're supposed to. Or is it because La Mer is stingy with sending out samples? Either way - from actual experience I can confidently say that La Mer is definitely not "hocus pocus", despite obviously being way too expensive.

2:20-2:36 @Rosie: "People commenting on it. Anybody that struggled with acne, whether it is a small breakout or severe, will know that it really is something that can emotionally affect you."
This is so true. I wouldn't wish for anyone to experience it.

Speaking just for the Hydra Cool Serum, it is completely okay to mix it with another IS CLINICAL serum. I’m a medical aesthetician (The Skin Girls in Vancouver BC) and just did a full educational course on their brand and products. They say it is safe to do so and it will not change the formulation or dilute the serum!
I have the Hydra Cool Serum and I always add a few drops of my Active Serum or Pro Heal Serum into it. My entire skincare routine is from IS CLINICAL and my skin has never been better. Of course, getting medical facials regularly is just as important!

Some ingredients that are good to fight the dark spots the acne leave behind are not that efficient on dark skin people.

Susan, please do a review for ZO skincare line! I've been getting recommendations from my esthetician on this line, especially the pore refiner. I've been hesitant exactly because of the ingredient list, and that they have "proprietary" ingredients listed as ZO-RSS_2 & ZOX_12. Would love to hear your thoughts on the brand and their product.

I deal with broken capillaries as well--I've never experienced any issues with salicylic acid causing more broken capillaries or anything like that, but it also doesn't get rid of existing ones. I use it as a cleanser more so to prevent the little closed comedones from appearing on my forehead or treat whiteheads when they pop up.
