Born and raised in The People's Republic of Maryland. I'm so glad I left the state 6 years ago.
LOL Born and Raised there, I got out 15 years ago and couldn't be happier.
@@timothybagrowski643 I'll be following in your footsteps, gentlemen. I've done all I could muster to turn the tide (even ran for County Executive after the COVID mess) but this State is a lost cause.
@@timothybagrowski643 I fled Charles County 4 years ago. Its just not safe to live there anymore. I would encourage anyone living in that State who values freedom to get out of there.
I too was born & raised and I thank god that in '74 dad received a promotion and we had to relocate to another state, I rally don't even like visiting there.
Same
You know what state gun laws I follow when I'm in MD?
1. I don't murder people with my gun.
2. I don't rob people with my gun.
3. I don't Batter people with my gun.
4. I don't threaten people with my gun.
5. I don't use my gun in a dangerous, wanton, negligent or irresponsible way
6. See 1 thru 5
The Maryland State Police can kiss my ___!
They protect corrupt politicians and only seem to care about being a tax revenue generating mechanism.
Sure, they save people's lives on occasion from car accidents and whatnot but that's their basic job description. They do NOT honor their oaths to the Constitution and then they come after guys like me when I call all the corruption out and speak about forming militias to affect real change. They REALLY hate it when I talk about militias, because it exposes the State Police's violent nature!
Ohhh!!!😡how dare u explain this logically and civil!!!
Yeah, everyone's feelings matter more, dammit!!!
😂😂😂yeah SMMFH
Or move
MD is not a state, it is a "controlled area"
@@FoolsAmongUs indeed
Carroll County represent!!!! The birthplace of the “second amendment sanctuary”!!!
Since we first set the example, 2,000+ counties nationwide have followed our lead.

So, what was already illegal is now more illegal. Got it. Well done Maryland Legislators... 👏 👏
Well, If it were not for GOV, where would all the Tards work. Look on the bright side....
Flawed logic...... Illegal at the Federal level doesn't give the state the ability to prosecute if the Feds decline. Now the state has the option. Not really double illegal.
@@BenDover-kt2pe Sorting trash instead of breeding it?
Another way to waist taxpayers' money. This is why we need electoral colleges at a State level. 5 out of 23 counties are blue in MD they always determine the outcome of the State elections here in MD. I am pretty sure it is the same in most blue States.
It's an extra dose of illegalness... peak illegality
I love how MD is taking away weapons a little bit at a time, and yet they let criminals with a felony out of jail early
Former Resident '88 - '89
Shall not be infringed “ is about as flipping CLEAR as it gets.
Easy solution. Do what I did....bought a house in Tennessee. If your doctor asks you about guns, get a new doctor.
YUP! I asked. Why concern yourself with how I protect my family and life, unless you plan to harm me. The reaction was priceless.
Easy enough if you have a house to sell, I'm in my 20s and probably won't be able to get out of here for another 10 years or so. Luckily I get to live on base during that time though so I can avoid the snatch and grabbers.
I am in md and my doctor did ask me how many guns I own. I said none of your business! He said he had to ask me this but he was told too. I said do you think it's okay to ask people their personal business? He said sorry I have to ask. Never went back to that doctor agian!
These are illegal measures . They are not laws. Do NOT comply.
Theres nothing to comply with there Leonidas these are all passive laws
No Body will till tell me what I can and Can't own, It is my right under the Constitution..
Maryland has some of the strictest gun laws and yet gun violence is high there but only in certain areas of people
Maryland has Amish ?
@@NineInchTyrone no, just brainwashed people who vote partyline DNC.
So these are all clear violations of the second amendment and so they are null and void.
The idea that they need a center for FIREARMS related violence is already a red flag. The center, if it should even exist, should be related to violence in general, an umbrella under which firearms-related violence will already be captured. That it is about firearms specifically means that they have already come to their conclusion rather than keeping an open mind about the underlying reasons for violence.
Redundant GOV pay checks..
I plan on moving up into PA as soon as i possibly can. I already live in Northern Maryland, 15 minutes from the PA line. So it will be a very simple move, keep my job, still close to family, and be in a state that is 2A friendly. Open carry with just your HQL.
That's what I did. As long as people don't move over here and vote like they did over there.
Moved to PA back in 2002, they were very pro 2A back then, but have gotten a little worse over time, I actually lived 6 miles over the MD line, moved to VA in 09 and so far so good. Don't miss MD at all, it was nice in the 60's and 70's but started nosediving in the 80's to the shit hole it is today.
Thats what we did .
Not sure if you've thought about western Pennsylvania, but it's fantastic out in this side. I've open carried in downtown Pittsburgh and even had members of the public thank me for it.
A PA 'license to carry firearms' is $25 and it takes 10 minutes to get it.
I grew up in Maryland and moved out 10 years ago.
@@RicArmstrongI have actually, I have a close friend that lives in Washington county. He actually wants to move closer to MD to be closer to family and friends. I'm looking into just north of Baltimore or Harford county to stay closer to family and work. New Freedom, Stewartstown, Red Lion, Delta, or any area withing 25 miles of any of those. My buddy paid just over $200k for his 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 story house on 1/3 acre in New Freedom PA, in 2020. That same set up would cost $300k down here.
Actually, the Supreme Court declared that the ban on full auto is unconstitutional. The bans on suppressors and nfas has been declared unconstitutional. Switchblade bans have been declared unconstitutional. AR bans have been declared unconstitutional.
Oh it has??? CITE THE CASE. That was a Federal Judge in Kansas, and the Government is appealing to the 10th Circuit Court. The Supreme Court is no where near this case.
@jwhiskey242 Bruen, Rahimi, Commonwealth v Canjura, Columbia v Heller, Garland v Cargill, United States v Tamori Morgan, or if you really want to get to the nitty gritty Marbury v Madison as the 2nd Amendment clearly defines that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
And did it change anything ? It never will.
@Joe-oo3xv the only reason it wouldn't matter is if the citizens of the U.S. remained ignorant and allowed the government to just do whatever they want against the law.
@@jwhiskey242yikes... there's still time to delete this bro
I am visiting md right now ( seeing my folks) lived here for 12 years. Now live in TEXAS and I thank God every ddodlllt I do.
Glad I moved from Maryland in the 90’s never look back.
Basically A WHOLE DEPARTMENT TO SQUANDER MORE MONEY FROM TAXES... THAT'S IT! That's all and to WEAPONIZE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT into saying "WHO IN THE HOME HAS GUNS WE WANT TO TAKE THEMMMMMMM REEEEEEEEe
This new branch of bullshit started in higher education about 17 years ago. The government looked at the unconstitutional shit going on in the University System of Maryland and said "you know what sounds good to me? Making that shit all legal through unconstitutional actions". And here everyone is today wondering how fucking short-bus those people are.
Thank you for the information. I have just subscribed to your channel. Sincerely your fellow Maryland 2A patriot.
Thanks for tuning in. Greatly appreciate your kind words.
Easy fix. Don’t live in or travel through Maryland. I don’t. I literally go hours around to avoid Maryland.
That fix doesn't work for people who have friends or family that live there.
@@Kenneth2413
They haven’t fixed it. It keeps getting worse.
Md. is bad on 2A in many areas, but I can easily name 9-10 that are way worse.
NJ
NY
MA
DE
CT
RI
HA
IL
CA
WA
@@untilvalhalla7854 I didn't say that had fixed it.
You tried to claim that not living in maryland or even traveling through there was a fix.
I was saying that doesn't work if you have close friends or family that live there.
The "Stakeholder" term has been showing up again and again in anti-American laws and writings.
Something to watch out for.
They love to use vague langauge when it comes to identifying who will be suggesting taking your rights away.
Yea the globalists love that term
Since the hell when was an e-mail legal notification of law changes? I live in MD. Last I heard e mail was not legal notice.
Thank you for your content.
Thanks for watching
This crap is the exact reason why after I got out of the marine corps where I was a grunt for six years, fire arms, use of force etc etc was our lively hood, served in combat multiple pumps to get out and try to come back home to be a civilian again and found all the dumb a$$ rules for AR style and CCW regulations and mag caps. Like a lot of Marylanders I jumped ship over the state line and settled down else where. Also Don H. Knows me personally for years. He is family . Crazy I saw him pop up on your site
Until all the crooks and bad People Follow the law, I will not I will Defend my self it i am put in the Situation. . .I do not see doctors at all or go to hospital's at all. . . .
I live in NY and they asked me about firearms in the house on my daughters first visit to pediatrician
Working everyday to make our lives harder
When your doctor asks questions that do not pertain from the reason you are there, tell them not applicable . Period. Don’t answer them with anything other than n/a
I'm in md. And the only reason I stay is because of my union gig. Once I turn 55 and can retire I'm outta here!
Me too brother!!👍🏻
union apprentice here, same brother.
You Maryland folk think you have it bad? I live in NJ and regularly travel to Md for work, screwed both ways.
Huh...I KNOW they've got my name on a couple of pieces, but I've received NOTHING FROM MSP....
Do these officials not have anything better to do you would think they would
So, they've banned switches on glocks and made a committee that will use plenty of money only to realize that they just needed more cops on the beat in Baltimore. But committees are fun to set up, and also, you can make t-shirts and mugs, which spreads the message.
Creates "justified" jobs!
Just make it a law if you commit a crime while holding a gun, you get life in prison
That's interesting. As far as I know, I don't have any firearms "registered" in Maryland, and I get these emails...
would have been cool to link to the email or something...
I wouldn't live in MD if the rent was free
MGA doing the hard work of more meaningless laws.
Glad I moved!
Andrew is good people. I've had the chance to work with him before.
I always respond, “I’m sorry, that’s not a medical question.”
All these seem like unconstitutional laws…show me where it says this in the second amendment…
Statutes are for the good administration of government. Not Law for the people. So pass all the smu shit made up you want.
Born and Raised in Comyarland - disgusted by the laws
Just subscribed. I take it you guys are in Maryland as well.
Yes, we are based out of Baltimore
And if you do not have an email address?
Take them to court. 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
I avoid MD as much as possible. I don't even like passing through.
if I were a deer hunter in Garrett County, I'd be a tad concerned where this may lead down the road as well as how this will affect the DNR.
I just heard gunshots outside when he said crime is down
I was born and raised in Baltimore and Howard counties. But FREEDOM is why I have been a Texas resident and now live in rural, VA where I may legally strap on any kind of handgun in plain view with no permit or registration required, other than standard background check at time of purchase. You know - like a free citizen, not a subject of the Kingdom. From my own experience, I am convinced that, no matter how informed a Maryland resident may be, he/she can never really know how oppressive MD government is until he/she breathes the truly free air of a place like Texas. Maryland calling itself the "Free State" is like Camel Ugh Harris or Hillary calling themselves " pro democracy" or Chaney calling himself a "peace maker". Move now! before they close the Maryland border! You'll thank yourself, I promise.
So glad I will soon be an ex-Marylander.
A "confirmation bias committee." All data that refutes the committee bias will be ignored.
Who qualify the ""experts" that have the authority to act??
Does institute for justice (IJ) litigate these kinds of issues?
Maybe the next interview is with a law center having a track record of stopping government actors from abusing public rights and resources
Never lie when asked about gun ownership. But never answer the question. For example, children need to be taught to answer with, “I don’t know how to answer this. I will have my parents talk to you about this question.” And if your asked, “I’m sorry. But I’m unsure why you need to know this. I’m uncomfortable with you asking about my sexuality, political affiliation or weapon ownership.”
Can someone tell me what the SCOTUS does all day?! I know the states are sovereign but Why do we have to take lawyers and a billion dollars to them to check on laws from any state in USA that are clearly infringement before they check into it?
How to reduce gun crime in Maryland: Force Baltimore City to do something about the gang and crime issues in West Baltimore and leave the rest of us alone.
They say crime is down in the city. Yeah cause it’s moved out to the county…
Theyve stopped reporting and recording certain crimes as wrll..
Great more committees & reports that's coming out of the tax payers pockets!
Enforce the laws without infringing Rights might work eh?
Incompetence begat another govern mental body and nobody knows how many of those exist .
Firearms don’t commit violence.
Remember who else didn't want colonies to hold guns/firearms...even invaded the US 🇺🇸??? Oh yeah!!!the British 😂😂😂
That opening music should be illegal
Would Love To Have You Guys On My Stream! Salute
Most of my family have left this 💩hole state.. I have a machine shop that I cant afford to uproot, and move.
Guess I won’t be bringing my tourist dollars to Maryland. I know that’s a surprise.
If they’re going declare me a felon overnight, May as well do felon things.
So we cant have a binary trigger?
In Maryland, no, you cannot have any binary or frt triggers.
I am a resident of WV but work in MD. I was interested in getting an out of state MD CC license, thus being able to carry a firearm legally in MD, VA and WV, so the entire route I travel to and from work. What class, if any, is available for me t take in order to CC in MD as an out of state resident?? Also am I correct in recalling that only open carry is leagl in VA without a license??
It's the same for us residents as it is for non-residents..... Just go-to the MSP license portal, get trained (if applicable) and get yours too 👍 Very easy 👍
@@proven6270 Maryland resident and non resident wear and carry permit is the same class. 16 hour class with a 25 shot qualification. MSP website or USCCA website both have lists of certified handgun instructors.
@@michaelhays1910 huh 🤷♂ That's EXACTLY what I said 🤦♂ As for part 2, you'll need 100 rounds & at least 2 mags at varying targets & distances. Ultimately qualifying on the full size silhouette for your final score. I've renewed mine, so I only need part 2. They're renewed for 3 years AFTER your 2-year initial, & NO fingerprints, or references are required for renewals 👍
@@proven6270 Not sure what you mean by Part 2. Anyway the qualifying part is only 25 total rounds, divided up at 3, 5, 7, and 15 yards. ridiculously easy. I'm a MD instructor, have taught several hundred students in the last 2 years. The target is a B-27 silhouette and any hit in the black counts.
Yeah, Open Carry is a thing in VA, not sure whether it applies to Out of Staters or just VA residents.
A state has a certain city full of wild animals that don’t obey the original laws that means you need more laws

They don't have proof readers or anyone who knows how English works? 🤔
Those are NOT laws, they are Statutory regulations. The 10 commandments are laws. Know the difference.
So drive by shootings are not caused by the car 🙈
Depends. If it’s an SUV that gets 12 mpg, it’s definitely at fault and can face 8:45 additional environmental charges.

So glad I fled to Hanover PA. Trump country.
I only have sympathy for your five western counties
Sucks to be those folks

Rapid fire trigger now illegal in the state?? So, it's bad to give the state the ability to prosecute if the feds don't?? How is that bad??
Fud-posting in 2024 is crazy man
It's another charge the State will plea down for criminals. They are already illegal under federal laws, the NFA&GCA.
We as a ppl need to stop listening to the government as far as guns go. They don't get to decide who can and can't own guns if we don't let them
