Sheev should carry around rechargeable ones. Should he ever run low, all he'd need to do is just zap them with a little sith lightning. Sith as it turns out could very easily solve the energy crisis.

Yeah, Rebels was a little underappreciated I think. I'd go as far to say it was better than The Clone Wars.
