Only use part of the seasoning packet since there is waaaay too much sodium in there. As far as the veggies in your cup of noodles, I imagine it may equal 1 tablespoon of mixed vegetables. You're better off getting the packets of ramen and adding that table spoon rather than the more expensive cups. What is Mexican about this dish? I don't get it. The hot sauce?

I like putting frozen peas in my ramen and i let the liquid almost go away and then add cheese it is so tasty

Add a teaspoon of castor oil and you are good to go !
