The thing you should be taking about is who's going to be second and third 🤣
You can't give City of Troy that much wieght he will win comfortably a big engine.
I don't understand why you're even bothering to do this show.
If this is premier racing we are doomed one no bet race the rest full of horses nobody's heard of haydock isn't much better
@@trevormeeks4084 the old Newton cup is a very interesting h'cap
@@seamusfallon3104 euchon glen now he's got his head in front may win again
Is Ryan Moore a great jockey or does he only win on odds on shots
@@trevormeeks4084 1,no,2,yes!
You do realise that the older colts and fillies/mares have to give City of Troy 10LBS and 3LBS respectively. He would still be odds on, even if he wasint getting any allowence. He can win from on the pace or off it. Tactics wont matter to him. They will put a pacemaker in to keep the race honest.
You do understand that there's a reason for the weight allowance don't you? And a honest pace will actually aid White Birch (if he turns up?) And a few others in the race.
@@nightowl7459white birch won’t finish within 5 lengths of COT when giving him 10lb.
@@joecoulson8744 But older horses have to give three year olds weight for a reason, just as a filly or mare gets a sex allowance from colts, horses and geldings, getting a little tired of people talking about giving weight like it's nothing more than a handicap race and I do believe White Birch is well capable of getting within five lengths of City Of Troy.
@@nightowl7459 agreed but on Official ratings City of Troy should still be winning the race as he’s rated 3lb higher than White birch even off level weights. Givung City of Troy 10lb would mean White birch would need to improve 13lb to match COT on ratings. And that would be based on City of Troy not improving since his run on the derby.
@@joecoulson8744 I know, and I expect City Of Troy will win, but if Auguste Rodin ran against Ambiente Friendly, who do you think would win? There wouldn't be that much between them and on another point, we are only guessing how this year's three year olds compare with the older generation.
Aiden wont run 4 in the Eclipse and if City Of Troy is in the form he was in the Derby and not his blow out in the Guineas then its all over. The older horses cant give him 9 pounds and White Birch isnt running.
They stated City Of Troy was never ridden to be that far back in the Derby. Hans Anderson will run as pacemaker with Ryan lying handy, and with a small field will be hard to be to far back.
BETTORS INCLUDING MYSELF ARE GOING ALL THE WAY WITH CITY OF TROY!!❤😊
I backed Ghostwriter 16s E/W
Luxembourg as a pacemaker? What are these two on?
@@Dan-cy9hb unlikely to run
Ghostwriter for me. Unless you are going to put a few grand on City Of Troy why back him at 1/3?
White Birch will definitely give City Of Troy a race. Bit of a non-event, without him, so let's hope he runs
He's a non runner
White Birch has a better chance at beating Ghostwriter lol😂
Wonder if all those who thought COT would finish last in the Derby pipe up here?
Suppose they think White Birch will win 😂😂😂😂😂😂
More chance the retired jump horse called Silver Birch winning that that yak White Birch 😂😂😂
#knowledgeispower
White birch is out Troy wins by 8 lengths +
white birch is overrated
He beat Auguste Rodin fair and square in a good time, how exactly is he over rated? Horses do improve from season to season you know?
@@nightowl7459AR can't run well in bad surface, besides he stepped on the wrong foot at final turn forcing him can't run in his 100%
plus he run away from AR in PoW to maintain the title that he won against AR(not in his best form), while he can't defeat him again in good surface
And look, he also run away from CoT. He can only win in soft surface. I doubt he is G1 level in hard surface
@@nightowl7459He's out of the race blood not right
It's a no bet race usual sandown rubbish
@@suemaher5282thanks for the info, the race will be a no bet and just watch for me now. With that field CoT will need to win by 8+ lengths to start showing the silly Frankel comparisons aren't miles off the mark.
Winning this farcical "group1" won't add anything to his value
Cry some more.
Still bitter from the Derby result I see.
Anyone who understands racing knew that COT would win the Derby.
