What is the point of a "suspension"..fact Tm was there proves it werent a ban.
Only way to tackle continual breaches of the rules are hard hitting fines..stop pissing about

Banning trainers then letting them use there relatives as a replacement shouldn't be allowed unless they have actually trained a winner! Never heard of his sister ( I'm not Irish... my gf is and she even said who!!?? And she's a Irish racing follower )
