Hey hey hey Al. The twisting lunge is a great stretch, as is the back bridge. The more often you do them, the better you get. I struggle with the back bridge for a couple of reasons. 1. Lower back pain during spinal compression and 2. I don't have sufficient range of shoulder motion to give me a nice curve. That could be why my lower back feels it more, but hey hey hey, we do what we can. Love to you and the family. Can't believe it's been almost 4 years since the PCC in Haarlem, Netherlands.

Hey, hey AL, that's a nice pullup station in the background. How would one go about creating that set up?

Hey Big Al! Question: How would you suggest integrating/ combining Back Bridge work with your Get Strong and Next Level Strength programs? At the end of the workout, at a different time of the day? On off-days? Thank you so much for your awesome contribution to Physical and Bodyweight Culture!

Hey Al, are you familiar with Tacfit? If so, are there any Tacfit exercises that you like/would recommend to others? Personally, I'm enjoying the range of motion and interesting twists on regular calisthenics movements that Tacfit provides.

Hi, Al. Could you do a video about vertical jumping? It would be great to see how high you can jump because you have a great combination of both being lean along with having leg strength from all of your shrimp squats, pistol squats, etc.

I also am curious, just looking at him you'd think Al would make a great basketball player.

Hey hey hey Al! Andrew here. Does it matter if your pull up bar is insulated or not? My max insulated is 20, but on a regular bar it's like 16. I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Been back bridging for a few years now it is awesome. Do you have any advise on the Stand to stand bridge? I can do wall walking and even walking while in bridge position.

I’m on the wall walking stage but I read that gecko back bridges can help build the strength for stand to stand. You lift one leg and the opposite arm then hold and then switch arms/legs

Hey hey hey Mr. Al, how do you correct a muscular imbalance. My left side is markedly weaker than my right. Old Man Strength is fantastic, the guy on the cover of the book scares me though.
