  • Ingredients
    3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
    1 1/4 cups warm milk
    3 tbsp vegetable shortening
    2 tbsp baking
    1/4 cup sugar
    3/4 tbsp quick rise yeast
    Filling
    500g ground chicken
    2 tbsp vegetable shortening
    2 tbsp onion
    1 tbsp garlic
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    Anise seeds
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 cups water
    Slurry
    1/4 cup water
    1 tbsp cornstarch

    Hindi po ba mabilis mapanis kung ilagay lang sa freezer?

      Kapag na steam na ito pwedeng ilagay sa freezer kahit ilang weeks pa i-thaw lang anytime na gustong kainin at imicrowave lang fresh uli ang lasa nito.😊

    Hindi mo nilagyan ng itlog 15 minuto lang na pag-luto lagyan ng gatas at yeast ang harina at sa palaman ay ginaling na manok o baboy at oyster sauce at toyo at hoisin sauce 🍶🥚🥚🥚❌🍗🍗🍗✔🥟🥟🥟

      Hello kabayan, ang Vegestables Shortening ay tawag diyan noong araw " Purico ",pero palagay baka wala ng Brand na ganyan
      Instead of Shortening gumamit ka ng Vegestables coking Oil 3 Tbsp.

      D2 sa scandinavia PALMIN tawag sa shortening n yan gawa ata sa coconut oil yan pero ginawa nilang bar shortening..

    bakit lahat ng nkita kung gumagawa or natuturo ng siapao ay ang ginagamit nila ai yeast, bakit ikaw ay baking powder..may pagkakaiba ba?

    Di mo Sinabi kung paano pumuti siopao mo. Di mo sinabi kung anong ingredients ang iilalagay to make the siopao white.
