ABOUT ALTERED FIVE BLUES BAND ----------------------------------------------
Formed in Milwaukee in 2002, the five-piece Altered Five Blues Band has put out six albums since 2008, including their 2021 release Holler If You Can Hear Me, which went to #3 on the US Billboard Top Blues Albums Chart. They are led by iconic frontman Jeff Taylor and fluid guitarist Jeff Schroedl (who is also the band’s primary songwriter), with an amazingly tight rhythm section consisting of bassist Mark Solveson and drummer Alan Arber, and returning keyboardist Steve Huebler rounding out the fivesome. The band puts on high-energy live shows and tours both domestically and internationally, playing blues festivals around the world.
