I wanted to update everyone on where we've been and what we're up to.
It was a difficult few years where Eli and I hammered away on new tutorials, trying out new ideas, working on video concepts that didn't go anywhere. We honestly worked ourselves to death trying to get 3 or 4 new and unique tutorials out per month. Making these videos just wasn't fun anymore. The well was dry.
But over the last few months, and after a few failed attempts of restarting production, the inspiration started rumbling again. Both Eli and I wanted to get back on the horse, but only under two conditions...
    1. We make videos that are exciting and interesting to us
    2. We work without crushing deadlines
So, I can promise you that we will have new After Effects and Cinema 4D videos coming out over the next few months. I can't promise you they will come often or quick, but I can promise you that we're back. I can also promise you that there will be Blender videos. It's been an ever growing passion of mine for the last year and it was endlessly interesting to me at a time when After Effects was getting stale. But what this means for our Patreon supporters is that we will work diligently to provide all files in their native file format (i.e. Cinema 4D files and Blend files), but also provide them in universal formats (.fbx, .obj, etc.) for use across different platforms. I hope this is suitable for you all.
Anyways, it's great to be back and I'm excited to see what Eli and I can create from here on out!

Where's that ad that says "This is not a spray can" cause that looks too realistic.

Damn that is some crazy looking renders! I also loved the tutorial. The high quality content is really impressive. I subbed after seeing the intro only 🙏🙏
Would it be possible for you to share the reference image and a screenshot of the final node setup kinda zoomed in for me to refer. Any sites from where I can get a can texture or if you could share it? That would be really great!!
