These are $26 on AliExpress (Chinese version of Amazon), which is where Hansshow gets these same mirrors and then marks them up 200%. For something like this, don't waste your money! Shiva gets these for free, and is obligated to get you to buy them through Hansshow.
Hello, with due respect, I do not care where my viewers buy these products from. I am just trying to show what the products do and how to install them. I put the Hansshow link because they sent me the product. I don't even take commissions for the referrals just so I can keep my reviews honest. Having said that, I can only attest to the quality of product and customer service for stuff I have personally tested, so I cannot comment on products from other sellers. If it is the exact same product manufactured by the same company then the quality is probably the same as the ones I tested. Thank you very much for watching my video and taking the time to share your feedback. I really appreciate it.
@@ShivaSapkota nice that you are honest. Yes most of these Tesla modifications can be found for much cheaper on Aliexpress via the actual manufacturers. Companies like Hanshow or other EV modifications online stores.., even Ebay/ Amazon simply have items drop shipped from Aliexpress or buy in bulk and store those items domestically for a mark up
One of the first modifications I did when I got my car almost 2yrs ago. Definitely needed. The blue, I think/ or seems , has faded over time 🤔 or im just use to it. Only negative is the OEM mirrors are real thick glass, these aftermarket are plastic, but mine have not scratched up at all. My 2020 was one of the few months they did not include the OEM auto-dim
Thank you very much for your feedback! I didn't know Tesla made mirrors without the auto dim feature. Wondering if they would retrofit yours if you asked Tesla. But seems like you preferred the wide angle ones.
@@ShivaSapkota I thank you on behalf of all the Tesla owners out there for being the guinea pig for us. Saving us countless money and time with your upgrades. You're the reason I went with the Yoke Hanslow upgrade. Keep the great content coming!
@@reginaldpeters7407 Thank you very much for your kind words and support. I put in a lot of effort in these videos and hearing this type of feedback really gets me going. THANK YOU!
The new wide angle mirror has a permanent blue tint for dimming. This may be good at night but not so much during the day as objects all appear blue. Great for glare but not clarity
Yeah it does feel like I am wearing a polarized sunglass at all times. So, took me a little bit to get used to. They also sell the non-tinted version. Thanks!
Do they show you what's alongside you, in the blind spot, so you can change lanes safely? By the way, the missing blind spot warning is a glaring omission. Many other cars have them, and it could use that otherwise useless auto dimming wire.
No unfortunately these mirrors don't have blind spot monitor. That has been one of my ask to these companies to produce a reliable blind spot monitor for added safety. Hansshow built one recently but it was too complicated, so have asked them consider an easier to install version. Thank you.
Thank you my friend! No, they are only rolling patches if you have issues. They have temporarily halted the software rollout for some reasons, I have been bugging them to release new software though.
Another straightforward and honest review, thank you sir! (Now I just need you to find a way to hurry up my delivery date so I can actually have a car to modify!)

I installed these on my model 3 and I really like them after I adjusted to them. Im considering adding these to my X also.
Big difference in the view! I also like the blue tint, it’s not too extreme and you can still see the colors of all objects. Great video, Shiva!
Thank you, yes the blue tint is really cool.

@@ShivaSapkota yeah they stopped including them in 2020, then reintroduced sometime 2021
Wow that was easy.. thanks for the video Shiva
Thanks Ken!!
Huge difference!!! Tesla should do a recall on their mirrors for model 3 and model y for sure.
Thanks! Yeah I didn't anticipate that big of a difference, so really happy with the results.

For anti glare of lights and heated ones - Will this work for those that have them
Yes, it works for heated and anti glare ones. Thank you!

I saw on Aliexpress: white and blue
@@batticha462 a lot cheaper to. Same manufacturer drop ship for Hanshow
Good video! Do the white ones mean they don’t have anti glare?
Thanks Diego! That is correct, the blue tint makes these I reviewed have anti glare but the white ones are just regular mirrors.

I want to see the anti brightness feature. Not worth it if that’s not included.
It is included but not sure how I can test and show this on camera. I will figure out a way and make an update video :) Thank you!!
I'd rather have the OEM European mirrors.
Thanks for your feedback, John. Are the European OEM Tesla mirrors different than the US ones?
Usually euro mirrors are convex
@@ShivaSapkota basically the same as these
These are not good. Makes cars close to you look much farther away and that is dangerous when passing, etc. The blue tint is very distracting too.
