"You were in the parking lot earlier. That's how I know you"
Lmao that CPR episode will always be classic
Best creed moment in the show
Can Someone explain? Thx
@@Beefsneeze9 It was how random it was. Everyone was focused on the lesson and then he says that. The funny part is how everyone reacted to it
My favorite episode
@@TigerCraneLove Underrated gem. AND it literally saves lives. It's a fantastic episode.
Best writer in the office, just the fact that he wrote the fire drill episode is enough for me
Today smoking is going to save lives
Also the Stress Relief episode
@@ehnoicedayforabriishperson8359 isnt that the name of episode for the fire drills

Michael saying he loves Stayin Alive and then proceeding to sing I Will Survive is one of my favourite moments
Imagine writing in the script "Crentist"
Could be easy if your last name is Criter
Watching Michael sing goodbye Toby is amazing the joy in his face is legendary 🤣
So he basically wrote himself out of the show? Genius.
That might be my favorite moment in the show. Michael's passion when he sings it is so funny
Paul Lieberstein was so very talented with his acting as much Maligned Toby and writing. Company picnic had the superb ‘silent’ pregnancy discovery moment. Stress relief one of the most hilarious episodes throughout.
hey played his character to perfection, so funny!
I hated the picnic ep, personally (minus Mike+Holly improv). Stress is better
@@NosferatuFromtheLatesdwight stalling for pam and jim on the picnic ep was hilarious and very memorable
@@NosferatuFromtheLates jims acting with pam was terrible in that episode no cap
I’m sorry but I never knew he made stress relief, my favorite episode
Same
I can´t believe that paul wrote "Goodbye Toby" hahaha
That's so perfect
@@Hollameyah899 he means the episode dingbat
@@RalphGartze he went Wikipedia on you
@@RalphGartze He never knew the title, dumbass. Nobody does, not even fans...
Well I am an audiophile [should have mentioned] plus, I have audiation, as well as eidetic memory...helps, when you play music, just a hobby, though!
Toby may not have a sense of humor but the actor does
Toby has a sense of humor, but not a good one.
Toby is the actor
@@OlShaky Toby is the character. The actor... is in all of us.
goodbye tody is still one of my favorite moments from the show
I hate this wording. Also tody lmfao but do you mean the song? Or the episode? “Moments” is too vague lol I don’t remember a scene that you could call “Goodbye Toby,” except Michael singing but that’s more of a drawn out ending than 1 scene, with other mini scenes broken up between it. Not what I would call a moment. So which uh moment specifically is your favorite I guess is what I’m asking lmfao
Tody.
@@thelettern I mean this sincerely, are you perhaps neurodivergent?
@@theletternu seem fun

I love this! A lot of The Office fans don't know that Ryan, Kelly, Mose & Toby were some of the main writers for the show so it's nice that they're finally get recognition from casual fans.
Mose was full writer, just got that tiny little part as an inside joke, basically.
If I’m not mistaken, Mose is played by Michael Shur..? He made the office, bklyn99, the good place, parks & rec, etc. Believe it or not, I just started watching the office lol I’m on season 8 right now. So I’ve been reading a lot about how it was made and I learned a lot! It truly was so groundbreaking in so many ways. I love it I can’t believe it took me so long to get in to it ❤.
@@nicoleann8482 Michael Schur didn’t create The Office, but he was one of the main writers. Ricky Gervais created the original office and Greg Daniels, a writer for the Simpsons, developed the US version.
Really, they don't know this? It literally credits BJ Novak as one of the main writers in the show
@@rentisme shutup
Kelly's dancing during Staying Alive is just the cutest.
She could dance with the Peanuts gang.
Yeah that pan shot to reveal her is classic
Was the sweet spot of sit com / realistic mockumentary. In the beginning the show was completely realistic, and by the end it became actually ridiculous, how absurd everything was. But at that point it was just absurd enough that it was perfect
Creed's "You were in the parking lot earlier, that's how I know you" is just perfect.
Carry yourself with the confidence that Michael Scott sings Goodbye Toby
The butt of jokes is actually the mastermind behind said jokes. Ironic 😂
The "I will survive" and "Stayin' alive" mixup is genius
Dwight’s speech was genius!
Michael and Holly telling the Buffalo employees they'll be losing their jobs at the company picnic during a comedy routine is an underrated moment lmao smh
Of course!!! he wrote the episode where someone takes a dump in Michael's office 💀💀
3:45 - The fact Paul was behind the joke on his character's fake departure is hilarious. I'd like to see this type of video for the other writers.
Bro Angela’s head shake as Kevin takes the cupcake 💀💀💀
I bet the cpr part has actually saved someone because if I ever have todo that 100% I’m doing it to the song
it has, multiple times
I loved the part when Toby said "Its Tobing time" and Tobied all over Michael. Trully one of the written episodes of The Office
This meme needs to die
Least socially awkward Reddit user
This joke is so disgustingly over done, find something else please
Dead meme
i really wonder who is out here seeing the exact same joke 200 times with different nouns and laughing enough to like the comment
Holly came, Toby went away, Michael got an outdoor party...Goodbye Toby was the happiest point in Michael's life! His dance is everything! Joke's aside, probably some of Steve Carrell’s best acting right here. And well played to Paul for writing a parody of Goodbye Stranger for Michael to say goodbye to his character because it's such a troll move and a self-own.
4:32 the part when creed out of the blue says “ you were in the park earlier, that’s I how I know you” followed by the blank expression on that woman’s face always gets me.
Steve Carrell never winning an Emmy (especially losing out to Jim Parsons from BBT) is such a travesty
Agreed. I find the BBT so unfunny and annoying.
Who cares about Emmy 😂
It was pure BS
As much as I dislike that show, it’s hard to deny that Jim Parsons played that role very well. Steve still got robbed though.
Insane how many sitcom classics he wrote. Also these are all some of, if not the funniest episodes of the series. Dwight's fascist speech made me laugh so hard when I first saw it
4:06 Kevin’s Call it gets me everytime😂
Michael getting the Bee gees staying alive confused with Gloria Gaynor's I Will survive is probably one of the funniest and unnoticed scenes in the entire series to me.
I love his writing lmao.
Kevin still wanting to eat the cup cake lol. Call it!
Usually I find Kevin's "Look I'm fat and I love food" jokes to be a bit lazy but the way he grabbed the laced cupcake and his answer to Pam's bewildered expression just SENT me.
"Yeah, no, I understand Pam. I understand."
Fuckin gold.
Reminds of the time Norm MacDonald gave Adam Egret a bag of cokaine except it was cut with baby laxative

I never knew that all my favourite episodes were written by Toby 😂😂. Thank you Paul for such amazing moments !
Toby wrote the Fire Drill and Stress relief episodes. Legend.
Kevin and the cupcake is legendary
haha Paul wrote some of the best jokes!
"Am I blocking anybody? Can everybody see?" 😂
I really appreciate how he writes for Creed, I mean. he just 'gets him'. Such an amazing writer.
Proving, yet again, that this was the greatest comedy in television history.
He wrote ‘ Goodbye Toby’ 😅. How fitting
“Yeah no i understand Pam” 😂😂😂
7:57 😂😂The way Kevin summons Daryl like a Pokémon
I think Paul has made the most bizarre jokes in the office... and I'm glad for that
"They didn't know?"
"I guess not." 🤣
The song Stayin' Alive was released in 1977 as the second single from the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack. The band co-produced the song with Albhy Galuten and Karl Richardson. The executive producer of the Saturday Night Fever motion picture soundtrack and Bee Gees manager Robert Stigwood asked the band to write a few songs for the soundtrack. At this point, the film was in early stages and it did not have a title; in fact, all Stigwood had to go on was a New York cover story about discomania.
They wrote "Stayin' Alive" over the course of a few days while sprawled on the staircase at the Château d'Hérouville studio near Paris. As with many other artists during the 1970s, the Bee Gees recorded most of the soundtrack in France for tax reasons.
Such a talented writer!
He wrote some of the best episodes of The Office
You cut the best part of the "staying alive" scene, Dwight organ harvesting
Them doing cpr class with the boarded up window from the fire drill behind them😂😂😂
There's a fan theory that says Kevin is not as stupid as he pretends to be. That maybe he's pretending to be simple and innocent so nobody will suspect him of embezzling. I never really bought that but watch the last scene and especially the last line. "Yeah, I understand Pam. I understand." It does make you wonder.
I preferred dwight in the earlier seasons than in 7-9, he played the loyal #2 character so well
Except when he was betraying his #1...
Dwight was so annoying in the later seasons 😭😭😭
@@Grateful____08 Agreed
I love the cool calm persona Michael takes on as he's busting Dwight about his meeting with Jan.
6:45 Stanley will have none of that, he appreciates -bizarre stuff- hentai as an art form!
I realise just now that 'Chad' Flender'man' is a play on what Toby thinks he is and an upgrade on his surname😂😂
Like Mike's Michael Scarn
Chad Flenderman vs. Mike Scarn in a battle of wits
Seeing Michael singing goodbye to Toby and the whole band playing just kills me 🤣
Jim's smile says it all. Because he truly knows how much Michael is enjoying saying goodbye to Toby and how excited he is about Holly😊
I just found out he wrote king of the hill
I had never quite clued in to the fact that Paul Lieberstein had written any episodes. These particular ones show me a side of the man behind the curtain that make his character seem somewhat more hilarious. Thanks for the perspective and the laughs~
Jim: Am I blocking anybody? Can everybody see?
dude wrote all of the major episodes.. probably the best ones of the show
Trapping Kevin in that room probably lowered his i.q
In the wild, there is no health care...
This highlights everything about why I love the Office.
5:06 Dwight’s face is so frickin funny😂
That transition from goodbye Toby to the CPR lesson had me snorting
The company picnic will always be one of my favorite episodes
So he seems to love Dwight's character.
They are all great episodes
I love that his episodes r focused at how crazy Dwight can be
Toby was one of the characters of all time
Good effort, Paul.
When Kelly starts dancing, I become unglued every time.
9:15 I understand pam i understand LMAOO
Paul Lieberstein is a comic genius. These are all my favourite jokes from the Office.
andy screaming “roo doo doo doo doo doo doo” in stress relief makes me laugh every time.
Michale singing Goodbye Toby. Happienst moment of Michael in the whole series.
Dammit Toby! Why’d you have to be such a good writer?!?!
“I understand, Pam. I understand.” 😂😂😂
The episode where Micheal kidnapped his mothers maid and burned down the Bluthe family banana stand will always be my favorite
I had totally forgotten the “Daryl a girl” that made me burst out laughing😂
Love how Kelly is dancing like Courtney Cox on stage w/ Bruce
The way Michael says “Your dentist’s name is Crentist” is so chillingly perfect
The man, the myth, the legend!
Good god, Kevin suddenly yelling “…..DARRYL!!! A GIRL!!!!” will never not make me belly laugh
You may want to redo the description. "he's also Paul Lieberstein, write of many great episodes"
one thing a lot of casual fans dont know is that after greg daniels step down to do other things, paul took over as show runner
Oh, really?!
@@justjoannak yes, that's when Greg Daniels went on to create Parks and Rec. I highly recommend The Office Ladies podcast with Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey. they talk about all the behind the scenes stuff episode by episode
A little bit of Brian came out with that "I understand Pam. I understand." 🤣🤣🤣
Simply awesome. Well done, sir.
Whoever conceptualised the CPR episode is a frikkin genius.
I love Dwight’s dictator speak, and how it actually works
Kevin's "DARYL A GIRL" always cracks me up
Does everyone remember when they played Desert Island? I would take The Office, Seasons 1 through 9, extended editions, deleted scenes and bloopers, cast interviews, the whole lot. I don't even need the 5 movies. Just give me that box set and I myself will live happily on that island
2:54 hey must be the money
5:07 company picnic in the park
I don’t know why Michael telling Dwight he should floss always amuses me so much
1:50 The sexual tension is the most unsettling thing ever
2:14 Michael looks like the bad guy from Doom when he inspects Dwight's mouth😂😂😂
Dwight's panicked look in his eyes as he respond "Crentist"😂
I actually would've read his mystery novels if this was the quality I could expect. The Flenderson Files. Dun dun dun.
dwights speech was fuckin iconic
Best Joke ever; "Toby is the Scranton Strangler".
If you want the truth, the Anti Strangling Task Force has the answers you've been looking for...
Kevin meeting that woman at the reception desk and then shouting "DARRYL, A GIRL!"
I've never seen that clip in any other video this is hilarious.
