I have been testing many methods for the long time on how to keep bagged salad leaves fresh afte and none of them worked for more than 3 - 5 days and my green leaves get soggy and slimy. And most of the chopped veggies dry out!
You simply can store spinach in fridge for long time keep spinach a bit moist with wet paper towel and blocking the fridge air circulation to go inside the bag and dry out the spinach.

Most people 🙄 say to use a dry paper towel to keep the moisture out I'm going to try this and get back to you. Hope this really works.

why adding watter? i saw videos show that These veggies are best kept in a closed bag or sealed container, uncrowded and completely dry.
I heard that too. Beause moist is the thing that turns greens bad
I did this, and kept the paper towels dry on both sides of the spinach and it still went soggy fast, maybe added 2 more days of staying good, but this wetting the towels inside a container is just wrong in my opinion. Has anyone done this experiment? if so what was the result?

Have you tried growing it yourself ? It’s super easy and doesn’t require much effort at all. Growing it inside keeps mint growing over and over again
Clean, wash n dry well, put in d freezer, n use wen required
