Now that you're retired, consider roasting your own coffee. I just roasted a pound yesterday with a friend. Using the right popcorn air popper, it's a piece of cake but did take about an hour. But it's outside either listening to music or watching vids. Great fun, great coffee. Cheers.

I love coffee too. I am pre diabetic and it seems it can raise blood glucose.. I now restrict the caffine by mixing my coffee with 50% decaf.. I just cant get on with 100% decaf

Hi Vince, have you tried Dave Asprey‘s Danger Coffee with minerals and electrolytes? He says you can feel the difference. Would love to know your experience.
Thank you and have a wonderful retirement❣️ 0:03

you really are providing some questionable sources for your latest videos. Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Gregor have videos on coffee and tea. I've found so much wrong with Dr. Berg's videos I stopped listening to him. I think it is time for me to unsubscribe. Thanks for the content..... I'll drop by from time. Good luck!

Dr Berg is a chiropractor and a well known scientologist. The last two videos in this series Ive seen here were both from Thomas de Lauer, and he is to fitness advice what Milli Vanilli is to singing. However, common sense suggests Vince has picked any of these as they are popular names and is hoping for audience cross over and increased engagement on the channel more than actually presenting anything informative. I vaguely know of Dr Gregor if thats the baldy man on the treadmill Im thinking of, and I've no idea who Dr Lee is unless that's the pimple popper on reality TV.

@@ryanvegntech My bad, Dr. William Li, not Lee. He wrote Eat to Beat Disease. Like Dr. Gregor, Dr. Li is a medical research who promotes science based nutrition for health and longevity. 🙂
