I'm with you brother I bought the2024 1000 XL because I have two children and four grandchildren that like to ride with me from time to time I feel like these do just about anything the razors and others will do maybe with the exception of that crazy rock crawling stuff 😂😂

How did your bed close once you got it back on ? Mine will not go down all the way its hitting the 2 pipes on the driver side .i notch out the top but frame of bed us hitting
@@Robo-dj4hk did it fit with ur bed on mine want going over that metal bar for the cvt pipes bc the bed had a metal square tube on the bottom that hits

I’m sure any black RTV silicone is what they recommend using. I use Right Stuff for most my
Automotive sealant needs.
What size are the rubber boots for the cvt are they 3x2 or 4x2?

You have a vent line that’s bolted by ur oil filter that’s for your trans I’m pretty sure
Did your tool tray go back in without hitting the pipe I had to modify mine to get it back in
Yes I had to trim to took tray too

not at all, not drivability issues or otherwise.
And did eliminating that stock box did you have to tune it

Use Dielectric Grease on all your connector
Pretty shitty that they done provide the proper oval to round rubber boot to match the cvt box
