I like that saying, I’m not that sure if I should do business with you then start to ask questions. This is much more authentic.

Number 6 is SO important! The more information they share with you the more you can learn from them and adjust your pitch. One thing I would add though is really LISTEN to them and what they're saying. That way you can respond with things that will actually solve the problems they're having.

I agree Coen, though I stay to stay away from using the word pitch...Having a pitch can deter from having a genuine conversation about what is being discussed in the room

I love the response for: why should I do business with you? You are absolutely amazing. Please watch to the end everyone

In summary, the 9 psychology of selling in today's market are:
    1. What your learned in 2015 is now old school- we need to upgrade our approach
    2. Bring insights- demonstrate knowledge and understanding of what's really going on in the world rn
    3. Earn the discovery questions and get prospect to answer questions willingly
    4. Stop probing
    5. They don't care about you
    6. Getting your prospects to talk is everything
    7. Fit is more important that close.
    8. Use reverse psychology by saying "i'm not sure I should do business with you."
    9. Get as much information than giving information

Mark, I just got back from a meeting with a potential customer. While talking with them, I used feedback loops, open-ended questions and kept the customer talking. It gave me valuable information to be able to determine that he was in fact our customer. When I presented the price, he saw the value clearly and was ready to sign up right then because of how well the conversation went. This is the second new customer I have gotten this month using the things I have learned from watching your videos. Also, this was the biggest project I have successfully negotiated. I am actually looking forward to qualifying prospects instead of the dread I used to have in those situations.
