My '24 F550, Lariat, 84" CA, with 19,500 GVWR, 4.30 rear axle, with a 11' all aluminum EBY flatbed, is getting 14.5 combined highway/city driving. Has 2700 miles on it now.
I love this truck with that flatbed.
Kelderman air ride would make that truck ride like a dream. Just another $10k-15k…🤷♀️
Alot of aftermarket and other upfits move Def to other side to help avoid accidents of wrong fluid in wrong hole. Cab and chassis set up for torque and reliability not speed.
If I was ordering one it would be the F450 with pickup.
That way you get HO Power Stroke with 500 hp and 1200 torque.
Then Chang to flat bed.
Stout. Should be able to make money with this one in your fleet. Hey JB, I’m a newbie truck buyer. I purchased a 2022 6.7 F250 I’m slowly upgrading/replacing features on my base XLT. You should do a series on truck mods.
Another truck I wish I needed. Beast!

SOON I WILL HAVE ONE
Great walkthru !
Nice truck! I'm sure it would pull a DRV fifth wheel just fine.
Nice work horse
Interesting it has 4:30 gears. I thought the gear ratio would be 4:88. I had an older 2012 new F-450 6 speed - it did not like going 75mph.
5th wheel vs trailer
Lost me at the treated wood under the bed.....
Same
They are spacers the actual weight doesn’t sit on the wood. A lot of service trucks have them
I would never use wood on the underside of a truck. Why not use aluminum since it is an aluminum bed. Probably a cost cutting reason and makes me wonder where else did they cut corners.
When you buy something larger than an F350, will that make your insurance a lot higher??
aluminum does not last with super heavy loads
The semi trailers seem to be holding up just fine. That’s all the floor is made of in enclosed trailers 🤡
The bed cost $100k?
looks like riding in a wagon lol
I don’t think you need a CDL to drive this
$5,000 a month it would still take 2 years to pay for it🤣
$85000. Ridiculous
OH HELL NO.....15K Flatbed and they use pressure treated lumber for a spacer?? Get off your lazy ass and fab metal square tubing.
