I have quite a few of these but I find adding a little device work afterward really ups results and makes them last longer too.
Getting ready to turn 50 y/o next month, Dec 20th. I've always looked much younger than I am (lucky, great genes) but as of lately, I've been noticing a little bit of sagging around the jaw area. I found your channel & I am so happy I did!!! Thank you! You are very thorough & dummy proof in your explanation of how we should take care of our issues. Lol for X-Mas & my B-Day I told my husband I wanted a Microcurrent gadget & a Microdermabrasion Machine. Lol he thinks I'm nuts for wanting the two bc he thinks i look fine the way i am. I told him, hes lucky bc i could be asking for fillers & all the other expensive procedures. Now that I found this channel I prefer to try this way, instead. I'm confident I can handle this all bc of watching this channel. Thank You Christine!!

Can you clarify regarding the Anma, we first practice lightly on dry skin, but for how long? On the same day after going lightly can we go deeper (with something to help the glide?), or practice lightly for days/weeks before venturing deeper? Thanks! Love your videos!

Hi Christine, I am enjoying your informative videos . I have TMJ and need to massage to release the tension. I live in Canada and can't get the Anma shipped here. There is something on Amazon (doitool) but not sure if it just a cheap knockoff. Any suggestions? Thx so much

Love your videos. What are your thoughts on the fascia blaster by Ashley Black? I have her face blaster that works like your Anma. I use it almost daily for the past few months but not noticing results, yet. My main concern is my jowls. Thank you
I don’t really like the water sticker design of that. With jewels you need massage and devices.

In the long run I think having cosmetic surgery would be very fast, but cheaper by saving on al the tools...I'm at a age I hate my, once perfect face..I want to have it cut and nipped

You had a facelift? Why take your advice when it didn’t work for you?
I think she commented that a face-lift isn't for everyone, but I didn't hear her say she had one.
I guess she did have a face lift after all
