I have one of your anmas and am going to start trying this! I’m sorry to ask this if you’ve addressed it already but your absence of “11’s” between your brows is astonishing as are your amazing cheekbones. Hi Sheryl! Of course. I will do another video for the eyes. However.... I think that combining the microcurrent is a big plus. In the meantime, use the ANMA in your scalp as well as your eye area. It is all connected!

Jane Mann I have residual affects of Rheumatoid arthritis and the information shared by you and Christine Byer has been very helpful. I use the Anma to try to loosen my neck, shoulders, legs...anywhere I can reach. I definitely hold tension in my jaw, so the things you’ve taught me about that and how the muscles in the head connect has been so valuable to me. You have the heart of a teacher and it comes across in your videos.

Thank you so much for your videos! I have 2 Anmas now so I can always have one with me if I travel or am at home. I also got one for a friend. Your videos are fantastic - especially when you give random tips that you think of while demonstrating. I've been using the anma for a few years now off and on. I'm amazed that if I go for a bit without using it, it's so easy to get back to "facial fitness"! This is the best and easiest tool I own by far.

Jane Mann I’m presently working with a Naturopath doctor concerning hair thinning and general health. I’m taking quality vitamins through my Naturopath and using essential oils to help stimulate blood flow of follicles at night. I’m using Hair Max Shampoo and conditioner, plus their low level laser light that’s a hair band shape. Thyroid is fine. My doctor suggested massage to help encourage blood flow to my scalp. I’ve seen in past videos where you are gently massaging the scalp with the Anma. I’m wondering if tight skin on top of the head is due to fascia. My doctor believes stress has a big part of my thinning. Yes I’m post menopause as well.

Great question Mary. I had my eyes done at 33. They were very hooded... and my nose done in my 20's. Both surgeries, I sort of regret. Once you change one thing, it can lead you to chase the elusive carrot of perfection. That is why I am so passionate to find alternative ways to rejuvenate ..

Whoops one question please. With all lock downs especially here in Australia in wondering can the Anma be used on other parts of the body. Being stagnet for so long feel that circulation on upper legs needs circulation? Can I use that tool please?
How often would you recommend is it used on dry skin , by the way your face is amazing x
Hi Caroline, when you go lightly, like a level 1. You can use daily as often as you like. It is great for stagnate lymph and circulation. When I want to go a bit deeper; I will use a serum to assist in a glide. If I want to release fascia, I try for more of a stick if that makes sense, so I may use a tackier serum.

Can you over do the Anma?
Great question. It depends how you use it. It isn’t to be used as a rough tool. It is to be used to help decompress fascia along the bone and stimulate circulation. Fascia lays down its tentacles daily. So the animal can be used daily.

I just ordered the Ora Lift and am working with a practitioner in Texas. I’m wondering about using my Anma while using the Oralift. I know you mention in the video you use it. Anything I should stay away from or is the massage and lymph drainage stuff ok while starting out with Oralift. Thanks

I have ordered the amna. And I have jowls hanging a bit. Does it help? Or do I need surgery? It is due to weight-loss and age. I am 46 now
Great question Sissi. If the skin looks detached; like you can pinch the skin and there is no tissue connecting it to your jaw; we call that loss of adhesion. For a perfect jawline, it would require surgery... however if you are looking for Improvement, you can combine micro needling, microcurrent and other modalities!

I find it difficult to use my anma because it moves to much my loose skin. Also if I do it very softly the skin will still move. What should one do in this case?
Anchor an area with the opposing hand to help with the skin that has lost it's adhesion.

Hi Jane! Always love your videos. I was wondering when we are doing the slow release and hold along the jawline and find a little 'knot' like thing that has some discomfort, is there a way to approach that?
