    Oh..my..goodness! I just did the Anma on my forehead and my scalp and then got into my pajamas....my forehead felt different..I looked in the mirror...and my eyebrows are higher! My forehead feels tighter! I can’t wait to do the whole face and start microcurrent! I’m going to watch every single one of your videos!

      @@ArtofSkinCare I live in Great Britain and you don’t deliver here xxx sadly, otherwise I would have bought the TMP from you. The TMP is wonderful- used it twice and the results are still there 3 days later when I carry out the treatment again. My only issue is that the Sculplla promoter gel broke me out. Have you heard of that before?

Your skin looks better than mine and I’m in my mid thirties. 😡 I just bought my anma, is it safe to do it twice a day? Or is there any over doing it? I sometimes find myself sitting at my desk doing it, but when I get home I always do it as my night time routine. Great tutorial video. Keep up the great work. Really appreciate these

    Hi!! New subscriber here!!I've recently found your channel and I'm so glad I did!! Love all the information you provide. I'd love to use anma but I'm a bit worried because my skin gets really red and inflammed with the smallest touch( they call It geographic skin or dermographism) though It comes to normal after a while. I don't know if it's a good idea to walk around the house for quite a while looking all red and inflammed..do you think this tool would be effective if used with very little presure on the skin or over a sheet mask so that there isn't so much direct friction on the skin? TIA.

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  4 года назад +2

      Hi Esperanza, This tool is meant to be used with very light pressure. In my video presentation, I am using more pressure than what is needed. To reduce friction, many of my clients use it with water in the shower. This might help you.

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  4 года назад +1

      Hi Tulita, Gua Sha is great for "scraping" across the skin to move lymph and de-puff the skin. The Anma is better for really working the fascia. Due to all of the unique points, you can really do a lot more moves with it :).

    There are many lawsuits and a class action lawsuit against Ashley black. I didn’t get her device and I didn’t do too much with the Anma and I’m really glad I didn’t. I would be careful if I were you. The fascia it is like the white filmy tissue that covers raw chicken when you cut it and it makes sense to me that if you were releasing that from the muscle, your muscles would become looser and that’s what’s happened to a lot of these women.

    • @ArtofSkinCare
      @ArtofSkinCare  3 года назад +5

      Hi Maria, thank you for your concern. We are not removing the fascia from the muscle. We are using very light pressure, like the weight of nickel, to release tension. This does not damage the fascia or the muscle. We see wonderful results with the Anma massage. The Anma too is shaped very differently than the one that you are referring to. Gently reducing tension in the body and the face is very good for circulation and health.

      anyone who knows TCM understands how to work properly with tools...its been around for a very long time. When done correctly, it works. Someone like Maria is thorough because she does holistic skincare which starts from the inside out and isn't trying to morph people into a certain look. Job’s Body thoroughly explains fascia. So does Anatomy Trains.
