I understand there are those that will have issue's when switching from a console to a pc. When it come's to adding mod's in general. I don't have such issue's; But I do have issue's when it comes to placeing them in the correct activation order. I've heard the mod's are read by the pc from the bottom up, and utilzed from the top down and I've heard the opposite also. The games mod manager has an area in which there is a list of categories one can choose from, which will show the various mod's in there supposed category term. The issue is, sometime, various mod's fit into more than one category and in the activation order from the bottom up, are dramatically different area's. In the games provided mod manager for instance. Though everyone know's "MAP'S" go at the bottom of the activation list. In the mod manager listing, The MAP category is some half way down from the top, which mean's it would be activated some half way up from the bottom. The offical games mod manager doesn't seem to know the correct order, and the general public will list their suggestion in text form sometimes haveing maps, trucks, trailer's on top of their list as to choose first, and some put them at the bottom as they would or suppose to look via the activation list area. OK, I'm at the age (74) in which I'm not the brightest buld in the bunch, but I'm far from being the dimest. If the offical game mod manager is in correct. Then if one of you video content provider's that work with SCS. Tell them, there order isn't correct. And if it's the use of semantic's, please get together with the other content provider's and utilize the same semantic's. I believe rather than using a category lable such as truck, trailer, using a numbering system such as one for trucks, two for trailer etc. etc. etc. and stating that one shoud be on the bottom of the activated list, and two ontop of one, meaning three would then go ontop of two, etc. etc. etc. The activation which is the most important park of installing any and all mod's, wouldn't be an issue it is. Then there's the issue of antiquaited mod's still being available, with no date's one them or version's of the game they were originally for. One can install an antiquatied mod, put it in the correct activation order and though it won't be red, it will cause havoc with other mod's.
Hello, i have a question🙏🏻 i have downloaded ets2 from a se7en launcher, and i get in real time version updates and newest dlc's as soon as they officially come out, for free, and thats all good, but, since i guess its a steam cracked game im in doubt if its even possible to install mods to it? If possible i'd very much appreciate it😊🙏🏻
When I look at my Eurotruck folder I've got a folder bin, EmptySteamDepot and licenses, none of these three have a mod folder, where do I put the mod then? Thanks for explaining the Steam workshop! Edit: I already checked the C folder and there's no ETS2 there.
Check in your steam library, find the game, right-click on game and I think it says "properties" or "manage" and one of the options is to look at where the local files are.
@@ScalespeederGaming Thank you! I'll check it out in a few hours and then I'll be back hahaha Just checked, I get the same page I told about before those three folders and all the dlc content listed underneath, loose and without a folder
Mine is stuck in autosave after the mod load, and I can't seem to move forward. It tells me that I need to load in my autosave load, but it doesn't show anything other than load and delete.
Thanks dude. Very clear and precise tutorial. Well good. Thanks
Very thorough video, not sure why the 5 other guides I watched didn't mention that they must be in your mods within your documents

you just create a mod folder where one should be then adds mods to it
I've done that and added pro mods but it's not showing on the manager @@itsmeenergy7596
