You only need the cab in the right place, you just had to be a bit backward. When you are reversing a trailer, you are pushing the trailer back, using the cab for steering.

There's an accessories mod, it includes a new grill, and accessories for the inside of the truck. There's also a wheel mod that allows you to have other wheels, like Good Year ETC.
