This will kick ass on the Walters. I’m definitely tying a bunch.

Junior...I tie one up simular but I use craft fur in two colors. Orangutan and olive. Instead of tying it in clumps, I use a dubing loop. Basically makes the jig full like palmering marabou but it doesn't compress as much. Started using craft fur in dubbing loops and have had great results. Nice job and I love the colors. Thanks for sharing.

Bite has been slow lately! Need this water to cool back down! Its right around 80-82 most of the day. Want it back down in the mid 70s!

Definitely a great color combo. Be a smallie killer here in IL too.
And an orange and blue one.....not so much. :) Though orange and black is a killer here too.

Wonderful colors. I love how they blended together. It's a great color to resemble crayfish, larva-type bugs, or even a lighter-colored leech.
Being from Ohio, I can't imagine doing a scarlet & gray maribou jig. Maybe an actual Buckeye's colors which would be darker than your Golden Gophers jig. Ohio State is always overrated and the team only plays at minimum effort most times.
