Yes indeed, it is exactly that! I wanted to create something fresh and light for summer. Something that we can simply turn into just a salad too if we take out the noodles. Alternatively, use the same recipe for a different meat. Beef, pork, seafood... all these would work wonderfully too! :)

Cooked this last night, abso bloody lutely stunning! This is so easy and tasty to cook it will be a regular meal for me. Didn't have one or two ingredients; basil and daikon. Presume Nam Plah is a similar fish sauce to the one you use. Great dressing! My fish was a little darker but crispy skin and moist, will look forward to doing it again. As far as your presentation, you have nothing to worry about, you are a natural in front of the camera. More videos please!
