Are they any viable capcom characters?
yes, pretty much everyone pairs well with him
Strider, Ruby Heart, Dhalsin, Anakris. But they wanna be paired with someone like Doom, Sentinel, Cable, Magneto, Iron Man. Mega Man is also ok, but he needs a lot of team synergy.
