This person seems to be sharing good information, looks like he is bit knowledgeable but why this is missed by Apartments or flats builders or civil engineers.
Perhaps, those days courtyard type people properly built either open type or near to courtyard, how wisely they built but last 50years in the name of modern civil engineering almost of the construction plans are pathetic, be it apartments, individual houses etc… that’s why it’s important to do Academics are important provided the persons read it carefully, by understanding the applying skills, and analysis.
That’s the power of an engineer.

Yes there is degreaser which cleans oil stains from the tiles floor etc. if you are in need of it kindly let me know. We are the dealers of degreaser. You just have to spray the degreaser in effected place and rub it with a clean cloth. It removes the oil stains completely.
