Great video. I found it really helpful. I spend a lot of time on my weather and lighting effects when starting a course and was looking for some good tips. I mainly struggle with having my course look good at all times of day. I always really like the default time and weather that I set, but cringe when I see people playing my courses at dusk/dawn with clear skies etc.. Sounds like keeping the inclination mid-range will help the look across all times. Thanks for taking the time to make this video!
Oh, another Quick Tip you just reminded me of, that I forgot to include. Definitely PLAY TEST your course in the alternate lightings. You will definitely find a few problems/touch up items to fix!
I've designed my first course, from scratch. How do i get feedback etc on it. I know its not perfect, probably far from it, but would love to know what to do better, what I've done wrong etc? If anyone wants to play it, it's called "Forest Manor" all feedback is welcome.
Love all your stuff. Thank you so very much.
Thank you and you are quite welcome. More on the way soon!

Great video, thank you, this is really going to help with my current build.
Thanks! Glad it's helpful! Was worried it might be too basic. But definitely something to build on for newer designers...
@@GForce41 I think the tutorial, coupled with the course references is ideal and certainly gives enough info for practical use.

Best to post on the boards, either on a Discord channel or the TGC Tours board and ask for feedback. I will try to take a look.
@@GForce41 thanks for the reply. 😁
